Would the real Terrorists Please stand up?Updated

Sometimes people disagree with me, I expect that, but as an avid watcher of news, a reader of facts, facts from both sides, if there is one thing I have learned in life that there is three sides to every story, one side, the other side, and a rational mix of both sides, but there in lies the rub, through out history, from the ancient past to present day it`s the victors who right the history, and or who controls the media.

Wiebo Ludwig...The alleged Ecana pipeline bomber, I`m not going to bombard you with links the data is easily accessible in my mind, remember the big press conference the RCMP had, they said they had their man, then 150 police officers spent the week-end visiting the Ludwig home, they left with thousands of trinkets, the police got nothing, the silence from the police on Ludwig has become deafening, they had no cause, it was a witch hunt.

Yet how many medical issues are the Ludwig`s suffering from, the mis-carriages, I am against violence, I believe what Betty Krawcyzk does, become educated,fight legally in the court, for those not familiar with Betty k ...There is a great video of her in the friends on Nemiah Valley on the top right of my home page.

The media in BC have become stooges, they won`t report about true terrorists, the Enbridge pipeline is in my opinion a proposed terrorist act, 21 years since the Exxon Valdez disaster, a tiny oil spill in comparison to the top 10 of oil spills...Valdez ranks 36th largest, but still, 21 years later and the birds still are contaminated with trace oil, there is still oil in the rocks, the area still isn`t close to recovery, with what we know about salmon farms, the use of chemicals, SLICE, drug resistant lice, to allow them to continue in open oceans is a terrorist act.

Let me clear something up for my Rick Sangha,,(let me rephrase,Rick Sangha is a liar, his last name isn`t Sangha, Rick whoever is nothing but one of the sleaze that lives on Rants and raves on Craigs list, a place where the most disgusting stuff is spread ) the air India bombing was tragic, tragic on many levels, the act itself was disgusting, innocent people on a jet getting blasted out of the sky was wrong, but that was only one of many tragedies involved in that case, it was tragic that CSIS did a poor job at the time, they were following suspected members around before the bombing, they failed, the airport security and baggage people failed more than once, especially in the area of unaccompanied baggage, after the tragedy the farce continued, it continues to this day, the court was a complete failure, there were allegations of judges who had their lives threatened, and then there is the cost borne by the taxpayer having to fund a massive defense team for wealthy individuals, not one lawyer but a defence team, Gordon Campbell has gutted legal aid in BC, rich defendants charged with horrific crimes get defense TEAMS....Yet poor BCers fighting WCB or fighting to protect their land or heroes like Alexandra Morton fighting to save Wild Salmon get nothing!

Barack Obama is a breath of fresh air, only time will tell if he truly wants reform, George Bush launched an illegal war upon Iraq, Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 tragedy, invading the country of Iraq was an illegal terrorist act, it was Bin Laden who was responsible for 9/11, not Saddam Hussein.

Bin Laden, the man fought from the hills, he fought the Russians, those Russians were messing around in Afghanistan, this battle went on year after year, the Russians couldn`t win a mountain snow battle against who? Terrorists? Freedom fighters, for anyone knowing their history should know that Bin Laden was receiving money and arms support from the Americans, that old saying comes to mind..."Enemies of my enemies are my friends" ...So the Americans funded Bin Laden for decades, they fund him until the Russians left, then they toss Bin Laden aside like old garbage. The 9/11 bombers almost everyone of them came from Saudi Arabia. And again I say the 9/11 attacks were tragic, those people on the ground and in buildings didn`t desreve their fate, I don`t even want to get into who knew what when there was strange stock portfolio dumpnig on the eve of 9/11 attack.

The Iran/Iraq war, again the Americans backed Saddam Hussein against Iran, they supplied him arms, money, strategy, ....But wars start, wars end, the Americans were aware and assisted indirectly with Saddam Hussein using poisonous gas against the Kurds of the north and others, the Americans do not have clean hands, yet Bush pulled the poison gas card when his corporate backers starting beating the OIL DRUMS of WAR against Iraq, and I don`t even want to touch the Israel /Palestine dispute, far too many tentacles there.

The point I am trying to make is that it`s not always easy for the uninformed or the deliberately misled to determine who is the freedom fighter and who is the terrorist, Gordon Campbell is a financial terrorist as well as an environmental terrorist...

Imagine giving permission to destroy fish lake for trinkets of gold, to engage in talks about the Enbridge pipelines, putting a useless road through Burns bog, expanding highways and bridges while pretending his useless carbon tax makes him Green...90% of British Columbian`s strongly oppose an HST, Gordon Campbell campaigned saying there would be no HST, he has NO MANDATE to bring in a HST, the case hasn`t been made, Michael Levy, Jack Mintz, not one study, not one case has been made that isn`t pure spin that can point to the advantage of shifting $2 billion more dollars of taxes upon BCers, not one case, a flip flopping Jack Mintz who sits on boards that benefit from this tax shift, a 12 page skimpy, airy fairy report filled with rhetoric!

It`s my opinion friends that Gordon Campbell is terrorizing the people, as for Vaisakhi Celebration, unless you are clearly part of that culture, no politicians should attend, and that`s goes for all religious celebrations,Gordon Campbell, red mittens and blood stained hands, in my opinion many corporations are terrorists, the courts are ineffective, bought and paid for judges, politicians are terrorists, the law, what law, the law of money or party affiliation, I would like to leave you with one example of the law and how tragic it is....

Gore versus Bush...The Supreme court of the United States, the 9 justices`s , the fact that the decision went to George Bush, a 5 to 4 decision in favour of George Bush, it isn`t the 5 to 4 decision that bothered me, it`s the fact that all 5 Republican appointed judges sided for Bush, the 4 Democratic appointed judges sided for Gore......That`s law? Why didn`t a Democratic appointed judge vote for Bush, why didn`t a Republican appointed judge vote for Gore,why did the judges vote down party lines, there is no law, those with the biggest guns make the law.

HST Time Bomb

The time clock is running down to double Zero For Gordon Campbell, I have talked for some time about the HST anger, how it`s so thick you can cut it with a knife, in the last year my time in the real world has been limited, mainly due to the vast volumes of data I have been consuming, and also my circle is very small, I worry about letting anyone in.



I let you friends into my soul, besides this being a blog of the people it`s also a personal diary, in the physical world I am very guarded, having attended the school of hard knocks I`m afraid to leave myself vulnerable, as you know I mentioned a girl who was interested in me, we had dinner at her place the other night, and a few bubbly pops, I won`t hold you in suspense, it appears she had other motives than me, she dawned her hair in a cute pony tail and she had lovely eyes, I did notice the other parts but the eyes are the gateway to the soul, at first I thought maybe my intense gaze gave her pause, but after 6 hours together that drifted into the wee hours of the night, a night of pure conversation, but I don`t hold back, I opened my world to her as I compelled personal information from her, I need to know certain things before deciding to go forward.

I found it troubling that her ex boyfriend that she had moved here with from Alberta several years ago lived but 80 feet from her place, and he did know that I was there, I guess the giveaway was me knocking on his door earlier that day asking if he knew where Susie lived, I was very close but was one house away, he of course pointed me to Susie`s home, I worry not over violence I can handle myself, I was told one side of a story by Susie, how she detested her ex but loved their pet dog, (dog type was a jack russell), I saw the dog inside the window of her ex when I had knocked on his door earlier that day, Susie had mentioned that he was holding the dog hostage and wouldn`t allow her to see the dog, I responded "that`s crazy, it`s a dog" meanwhile the night went on and on, I told her to get her own dog if it was that upsetting, but I also told her much later that night that I believed she was using the dog and her ex as a crutch, possibly a safety net, she vehemently denied my assertion, 4:00 am I left, gave her a friendly formal hug and left.

Back to the HST, I gathered up signatures at the bingo hall on Thursday night, there was about 60 ladies there and almost everyone one of them signed the petition, the older gals couldn`t wait to sign, so one stop Thursday night and I had 50 signatures, I didn`t do any more canvassing on thursday as I was a little weary from the long night on Wednesday, but one pattern started to emerge with people who signed the petition, well two actually, the first pattern was, where have you been, we have been waiting to sign, they were impatient, the other pattern was pure anger, anger towards what they called, without any prompting from me was, a lying SOB named Gordon Campbell, I nodded in agreement.

Friday I painted a table and made up some stop HST posters, these items I would need for my planned stops, but as you know, a watched pot won`t boil and I don`t like watching paint dry so Friday I did no canvassing, but that`s okay, I still had a girl on my mind, I had promised her a prawn and white rice dinner, so I called Susie in the early afternoon, she wasn`t home so I left her a message, she called me later that afternoon and informed that she was out with her sister, I asked her about the dinner I owed her, she informed me that she wasn`t so sure, she talked about friendship only, she also informed me that her ex had a change of heart about the dog and she was playing and babysitting the Jack Russell dog Friday night.

Meanwhile I had daily HST reports to email out as to how many signatures I have collected, Bill Vanderzalm will be releasing a big set of numbers on Sunday, so we are required to send in our daily tallies, that doesn`t take any time, I have over a hundred signatures lined up to sign, but I can chase those down easy, it`s the signatures I haven`t got lined up that I need to concentrate on.

Meanwhile I was musing to myself, I was replaying each and every word of the long converstation Susie and I had Wensday night, maybe I was too forward, maybe my gaze was too intense, maybe I was too emotional, or perhaps Susie had other motives, I had suggested to her that night that she was using the dog as a crutch, I also suggested that her ex was using the dog as leverage and maybe neither of you have actually moved on, I also said at this stage of my life that I wasn`t into games, Wensday night was a very intense,very adult conversation, no raised voices, no curse words nothing but The Straight Goods, I said to Susie you can run and run and you can keep on running or you can throw your crutch away, this as I gazed into her soul.

So today, Saturday I went with my table, my petition forms, my canvassing ID and headed to our local IGA, I set up a spot out of the rain, posted my little advertisements, laid out my pens, and it was like magic, the people came, they lined up, they left and came back with friends, and just like the bingo hall the same pattern emerged, they expressed pure outrage, there were NDP voters there, but it shocked me with how many Liberal voters signed that felt utterly betrayed and dirty over what Gordon Campbell had done, no prompting was required, the other pattern that emerged was, they were complaining that they had called Nicholas Simons(our MLA) and had complained about when someone was going to come around with the petitions, almost everyone asked where and when I would be back, they talked about their brothers and sisters and wives and neighbors all wanting to sign, I gave them my itinerary and told them I would be back to this spot next Saturday, so anyway, from noon to 5:00 pm I collected over 150 signatures, I canvassed a little on Thursday night and 5 hours on Saturday and I have well over 200 signatures, I still haven`t collected my "in the bank signatures" ....I am but one canvasser, there are over 5000 of us, if everyone collects even 200 signatures in 90 days is one million signatures, we only need 300,000 signatures, we are going to collect a million signatures!

Meanwhile the night before(Friday night) I told Susie that I still owed her a return dinner, she talked about next week perhaps, so the phone call ended, now what, I had just finished making some perfect white rice, premium white sticky rice and I had prawns ready to go, well never one to back down from a challenge, I did the prawns in a sweet butter sauce, I have plenty of plastic containers as I recycle almost everything, I loaded one container with steaming white rice the other with the butter prawns, put on my Sunday best including my best tie, I must admit, with a sharp shave, wearing my Sunday best I could charm my way through any locked gate, but I had no intention of attempting to unlock a guarded gate, my motive was more subtle, I drove to her place(2 minutes away) ...She was outside playing with the jack Russell dog, she saw me park and approach, she warned that the dog isn`t always friendly, I told her the dog will like me, especially with two hot containers of food in my hand, I said," Susie, I owe you dinner, here`s my prawn special, I don`t need the containers back, make sure to recycle them when your done", and so I hand her the containers along with one last gaze, I say goodbye, turn around and walk away.

Gordon Campbell`s Political Suicide

Well well well, if there one thing I no for sure the East Indian people take their politics very seriously, assassinations are far more common in India and Pakistan then North America, Dave Hayer(BC Liberal) and Ujal Dosangh(Federal Liberal) were given a not so subtle threat about their safety if they attend the Vaisakhi Celebration!

What is this all about? I have the answer, Gordon Campbell has said he will not attend the celebration unless the organizers of the celebration unconditionally apologize to Hayer and Dosangh, that`s not going to happen, there will be no apology forthcoming, anyway, I got to thinking about this situation and was musing to myself but as you know, I think outside of the box, I read the story in the Vancouver Sun and it was very sketchy on details, the first thing that caught my attention is the statement by Gordon Campbell, here is what he said, "It`s a religious celebration not a political celebration" snip

I want to touch on that first, why was Gordon Campbell at a similar celebration last week in Vancouver, Gordon Campbell is not a religious person, he`s a politician, he`s a Liar, a lawbreaker, an adulterer, last week Gordon Campbell attended the celebration in Vancouver purely for political purpose, and you all must have noticed the hat he was wearing, I don`t know what that type of hat is called but it`s similar to a painters hat, ( I mean no offence to anyone from that culture if I described the hat wrong) ....If you paid attention to last week`s celebration there was something very different about the hat that Gordon Campbell was wearing against the same hats worn by the real people......

The hat Gordon Campbell was wearing had writing on the front, it wasn`t large print but it was there, it wasn`t on the other hats, so what did it say?

British Columbia, the best place on earth......That`s what it said friends, isn`t that a political statement, isn`t that an affront, why was the Premier there with a hat with slogans on it, after all today Gordon Campbell stated about the celebration in Surrey that`s "it`s a religious celebration not a political celebration"

Gordon Campbell has never done anything in his life that isn`t political, photo-ops, press conferences, i`ll admit his best before date expired a decade ago but he is all politics all the time, everything is a cold calculated maneuver, although lately he`s been mired in manure!

Back to these threats, warnings from that community that Ujal Dosangh and Dave Hayer`s safety can`t be assured, why them, why are only those two politician`s life in danger?

The answer is simple, it`s the HST and the lies, in my opinion Dave Hayer and Ujal Dosangh are terrible politicians, of course that begs the question......Why was Gordon Campbell and other "white politicians" safety not threatened, again the answer is simple, that community has never trusted a white politician, whitey has been screwing over the world with politics for millennia, but as for Dave Hayer and Ujal Dosangh they are one of their own, Ujal Dosangh went to Parliament in Ottawa and voted the HST down our throats, Ujal made some pathetic excuses as to why he did it, he was on the record as saying it`s a terrible tax, we shouldn`t do it, his constituency office was inundated with phone calls, including one from me, his office staff told me that Dosangh was strongly opposed to the HST, but a week later Ujal went to Ottawa and rammed it down our throats, Dave Hayer did the same thing, he lied about the debt, his party lied about the HST, 90% of the public are strongly opposed, including 90% of the East Indian community, if a politician betrayed the people like that in Pakastan or India there would be rioting in the streets and assassinations would be a real possibility!

Gordon Campbell won`t get an apology directed towards Hayer and Dosangh, they won`t be threatening Gordon Campbell, Campbell isn`t one of their own, Campbell is nothing but a lying whitey Politician, they expect that from whitey, but there is an honour code amongst those fine folks, I wish the white voting public in Canada were as vocal and disruptive when they get screwed over by lying politicians!(read the Vancouver Sun story here)http://www.vancouversun.com/news/Premier+Gordon+Campbell+seeks+apology+politicians+snubbed+Sikh+parade/2917045/story.html

So that`s the deal, Ujal Dosangh and Dave Hayer didn`t have that difficulty at the last Vaisakhi Celebration, the only thing that has changed is the betrayal on the HST by both of those dark skinned politicians, Dave Hayer betrayed his people in a dozen ways, the BC Liberals have jerked the people of Surrey over big time on the Surrey memorial Hospital expansion, 5 years late, the education cuts in Surrey, the $3 billion dollar fudget budget lie, hydro increases but the big one is the HST, the Vancouver Sun, The province newspaper, cknw have all reported on this story but not one of them have reported as to why their safety is in doubt, especially since the Celebraters are allowed to wear Ceremonial Kirpan daggers!

Gordon Campbell`s physical safety isn`t in doubt, they won`t harm him with the Kirpan, but Ujal Dosangh, Dave Hayer, Gordon Campbell have committed political suicide, and that`s the short list, the BC Liberals will be decimated as a political party, a re-birth of the BC Conservative party, refederation party, and the next Government of BC the NDP.

The Road Less Travelled

I want to thank my faithful readers for everything you do for me, you fine folk are a growing army, voices of passion, of dissent, of anger, I would like to thank Ross K over at the "Pacific Gazetteer"...The link to his site is in the blogroll, I am not sure if Ross K was sick and tired of me bugging him, sending him stories but last year Ross sent me a link to blogger and said "Go Blog" ...Well here we are, lets change the world,well maybe we can clean up our own back yard first!

There is something wrong in British Columbia, seriously wrong, I watch our Government at work in the Victoria legislature, actually that isn`t correct, this isn`t a Government, children don`t behave that badly in school, questions are asked about funding cuts for daycare or education or for sports groups, arts groups, bed closures etc etc .....And all we hear as answers are stories about the 90s and blathering about record funding, it`s nauseating, I wanted to touch on this record funding claim, whether it be for schools , health, special needs or whatever else Government spends money on, it`s absolutely ridiculous, look at the price of homes in Vancouver, they have never been higher, does that mean you`re buying a better home than that of the 80s or 90s? The price of tomatoes has never been higher, the price of asparagas has never been higher, price of steaks, price of medicines, price of electricity has never been higher, price of Natural gas, property taxes have never been higher, look folks I could go on and on about how the cost of everything has never been higher, costs go up year after year yet wages have been flat for decades, minimum wage has been frozen for 9 years, the point I`m trying to make is this, despite all these costs going up, these costs do not translate into more service or an improved service, electricity is the same as decades ago, city services are the same, nothing has changed in schools, education isn`t any better than decades past.

There are more people every year, more people shop in the US every year, more people take transit every year, more people watch the Olympics every year, more cell phone users, yet I watch question period and these things, these Liberals stand up and bluster about record this and record that but the bottom line is it doesn`t mean anything, the Campbell Government has turned into a joke, scandal after scandal, stinky insider deals that make even the most naive person say whoa, yet the media reports next too nothing, the most blatant lies are told and the media stays silent....Friends, we all remember the Polish guy who got tasered 5 times at the airport, a team of cops, one non-english speaking visitor and if not for the video the story would have died, these cops blatantly lied, why did it take pressure from a foreign country to resolve the case, I guarantee if it was a BC citizen the story would have never been resolved.


It has now been revealed that the BC Finance department immediately following our last election was in talks with Ottawa on the HST deal, the deficit, $495 million dollar maximum to over $3billion dollars right after the election, it wasn`t on our radar, revenues declined by billions in the month after the election, we had no idea, the lies are so blatant, so pathetic, even yesterday when the funeral people disclosed an average burial will cost $700 more dollars in taxes and Colin Hansen speaks drivel about the funeral parlour not having to pay pst on a new carpet so funerals costs will go down, the lie is so bad, Hansen even looks like he is lying, gordon Campbell makes these same lies, remember the carbon tax, Gordon Campbell made the statement that the carbon tax was the equivalent of taking 400,000 cars off the road each year, another whopper, the Port Mann bridge, even before they had a shovel in the ground there was a big photo-op stating, the Port Mann bridge is one year ahead of schedule. When is Chris Galais going to start a news broadcast by saying, it`s obvious that Gordon Campbell and Colin Hansen are lying, why do they persist in lying to the voters!

What is going on, shouldn`t the reporters covering the stories start to laugh, shouldn`t they say to Colin Hansen, "you can`t be serious, are you joking, have you been drinking" isn`t that what the media should be reporting, the lies are spinning out of control, any decent parent would drag a lying child to the bathroom and stick a bar of soap in their child`s mouth or ground them, who would put up with this?


Meanwhile I watch question period and, for example when the BC Rail case was heating up last year and when questions were asked on BC Rail, the answer from Wally Oppal or Gordon Campbell would be "we can`t say nothing it`s before the court" and the BC Liberals will thump their tables and laugh and clap like trained seals, why are they clapping, I think the Liberals should wear paper bags over their heads in the legislature, why do we need to see their faces, why do we need to pay extra money to ministers to say back in the 90s or it`s before the court? ...The Liberals might think it`s a game but it`s not, when they laugh and giggle in the legislature their laughing at the public, could you imagine answering questions to a judge or a school teacher, you would be charged with contempt of court or sent to the principle`s office, we are a banana Republic in British Columbia, the Vancouver Sun, Canwest Global, CTV news, Colin Hansen talks like a child lying badly and the media closes it`s eyes and ears, yet they spin every Government announcement, I guarantee the HST will get enough signatures in all 85 ridings, I know the initiative isn`t binding, there are well over 5000 canvassers collecting signatures, if Gordon Campbell avoids the million signatures we will do "Recall in the Fall" and succeed, because friends, Kash Heed will be gone very soon, that means we only need to recall 6 ridings, unlike the HST initiative the Recall campaign canvassers don`t have to be from that riding, what I mean is that I can`t collect signatures for the HST petition in any other riding but the one I vote in, but with "Recall in the Fall" the canvassers don`t have to be from that riding, so what I am saying is there will be no problem finding canvassers for Recall, we already have over 5000 energetic heroes, I can picture it now, 500 canvassers recalling Point Grey, 500 canvassers in each of the 6 riding gathering signatures for "Recall in the Fall".

Recall is binding, us activists, the angry, the fed-up, all of us in BC can make history, this will mean a new era of politics in BC, never again will Provincial Governments blatantly lie and betray the people, they will know they can be removed, there have been some great comments here at The Straight goods, I was particularly impressed with the last one my dear friend BC Mary made on the Keith Baldrey post, the line-ups, smiles, citizens feeling empowered, I went to our local bingo hall, 60 older ladies and 50 rushed over to sign the petition!

I have always taken the road less travelled, I have never marched to the beat of the drummer, it`s something my Dad taught me, but friends that less travelled road is getting crowded, one voice, ten voices, a thousand voices, a million voices, Gordon Campbell is going to buckle or be hauled out of Government, no more folks, we will not be pushed around anymore, I`m not sure why Ross K pointed me to the road less travelled but I am glad he did, I found allies, BC Mary, Gary E, Norman Farrell,Leah, Will McMartin, Evil Eye, Kam Lee,Laila, Jaydee, G West, Crankpants,Kootcoot and many many more, the Road Less Travelled was always here, with your help we have removed the locked gate, not long ago I was almost ready to give up, move, leave, but I feel the change, something really special is happening in British Columbia, it`s called democracy, a new Government will emerge, empowered people, even energy purchase agreements, they don`t scare me anymore we can tear them up.

It`s true, you can`t look up until you can`t look further down, join with me in battle, it`s going to be a long hot summer, the screams from the politicians will be deafening, time to water the tree of democracy with the blood of tyrants and patriots.

Keith Baldrey Fibs and Spins out of Pure Fear!

Well folks, can you smell it, can you see it, it`s so thick you can cut it with a knife, I am talking about fear, Colin Hansen is being laughed at, Kevin Krueger in the legislature has resorted to talking about burying and slapping ex-NDPers, Michael Levy has finally admitted today on cknw that the cost of thousands of consumer

goods and services are going up, and now, now Keith Baldrey has resorted to LIES, spin, and fairy tales, Gordon Campbell`s number 1 media bullshitter has resorted to writing Lies., a sign of pure panic, what else could drive a seasoned writer to put lies down on paper?

Colin Hansen has turned into a laughing stock of Canadian politics, the average funeral is about $10,000.oo dollars, so the cost to grieving loved one`s on a Modest funeral with the HST is an extra $700 dollars, and Colin Hansen used his hilarious example that when the funeral parlour buys a new carpet they will get the PST back as a inflow credit so the funeral hall should be able to lower the cost of a funeral, friends that is ridiculous, how often do they replace their carpet, every 10 years? the Habitual liar Colin Hansen doesn`t even have enough class to come out and say hey, it`s going to cost a lot more, tough luck!, no, Colin Hansen is like a child lying about eating all the doughnuts with their face covered with powdered sugar, Colin Hansen has turned into a complete fool.

Who hasn`t heard the ads, ads from roofing companies, renovation companies, every other business is advertising to the public warning them to buy and purchase before you get hammered by the HST and yet Colin Hansen the lying fool sticks to his comic book script that no one in the Province believes, even the 10% of BCers who don`t care about the HST know that Colin Hansen is full of bullshit!

You have over stated the amount by a country mile Baldrey, "over $2 billion dollars" ? How much more? You have added over 33% to the bribe number, and here is another fact Baldrey, Gordon Campbell has only taken $250 million dollars of the bribe money so far, if the money is so necessary why hasn`t Campbell taken it all and put it towards the massive BC Liberal deficit? Why indeed, BC will have to pay tens of millions in interest by delaying taking the money, and if Campbell doesn`t take the money until year 2 of of his term there will be hardly any money to be paid back!

But the main theme of Keith Baldrey`s story is this......Keith Baldrey states (spins) that the HST revolt isn`t about people having to pay $700 dollars extra on a funeral or hundreds of extra dollars on a bike, not about BC business along the Alberta border going bankrupt, not about amateur sports getting slammed with the HST , or hundreds of dollars in costs to season tickets, not about the fact that everything is going up, Keith Baldrey states the HST petition is about people just being angry at Government.

Well Mr. Baldrey your are only a teeny weeny bit right, people are angry but, People are angry over Gordon Campbell and Colin Hansen holding BCers upside down by their ankles and shaking every last penny out of their pockets, listen up Baldrey, most BCers don`t have a wife like you have with a cushy well paid job working for Gordon Campbell, most BCers don`t make the money you do spinning fibs on Global TV everyday, it`s about anger but the anger is over money, nothing else Baldrey, MONEY....So get your head out of the sand and call it what it is and stop spinning like a top! Another theme about the HST that Colin Hansen keeps dragging out is this, Colin Hansen states that the HST will help BC forestry, well, Gordon Campbell since coming to office over 60 mills in BC have closed, over 40,000 forestry jobs caput, yea, forestry needs help, let me give you a little advice Campbell, listen up Hansen, if you want to help forestry, help forestry, but you don`t have to screw over the entire Province to help 1 sector, you gave massive subsidies to the big banks, massive subsidies to oil n gas..The mining industry is making money hand over fist, all those big profitable businesses don`t need the HST and they won`t add 1 job because of the HST...You can give a subsidy to forestry, if the BC economy and BC Government is flat on it`s back broke do what you did in your first term, raise the PST to 7.5%.....Direct some of that revenue towards Forestry, that`s right folks, perhaps you don`t remember but Gordon Campbell raised the PST to 7.5 % in his first term. Then he made a big deal and photo-op about lowering the PST from 7.5% to 7%....Well Campbell, yea, some photo-op, expecting BCers to be grateful for having a rock removed removed from the inside of their shoe, a rock that Gordon Campbell put there in the first place!

And here is some food for thought on Gordon Campbell`s pathetic claim that the HST will help BC Forestry....Well remember that soft-wood lumber agreement, I guarantee that any incentive that BC Forestry receives,just like when stumpage rates were lowered and other incentives were given to BC forestry the Americans consider it an unfair advantage and under the soft-wood lumber agreement the Americans will add a tariff on our US bound lumber exports, so on goes the saga of lies and deception from Gordon Campbell, and you Mr. Baldrey have become even a bigger laughing stock amongst "real journalists"!

Here we go again, the Kash Heed affair is growing by the minute, did we get any coverage on global News this morning,nope, did cknw report anything new,nope, how about Kirk Lapointe of the Vancouver sun, nope,nothing there except.....

You know friends, if Kirk Lapointe was in front of me I would call him what he is, a complete fool with worn out knee pads,there is no other way to describe the behaviour of the newspaper he runs, or should I say ruins!

What is in the Vancouver sun is a faceless,nameless opinion piece about the three Solicitor Generals that have stepped down over scandals, the story states, Gordon Campbell maybe was a little slow in accepting John Von Dongen`s resignation over being a "serial speeder"......But then the story goes sideways, I don`t know who wrote the story,probably Fazi of the Sun`s editorial board, the story goes onto say that the delay in clearing up the "baseless accusations" against John Les over land deals and the "Baseless accusations" against Kash Heed over possible elections infractions are "Denying ridings effective representation" snip.

Well excuse me Kirk Lapointe, let examine some known facts shall we, the Les brothers purchased land from farmers, land that these farmers were selling,land that these farmers after years of trying to get the land removed from the agricultural land reserve gave up and sold the parcels as farm land dirt cheap, bring in the Les brothers, within months of the Les`s buying said properties managed to get the land removed from the agricultural land reserve, and it just happens that John Les was mayor of Chilliwak for years, the plaintiffs are alleging that political influence peddling from the Les brothers made the removal possible, and I tell you this, this case would be long gone by now if there wasn`t "dirty deeds done dirt cheap"!

"Baseless accusations"...Really Kirk Lapointe, let`s move on to Kash Heed, Heed fled West Vancouver under a cloud, complaints filed against him by fellow officers alleging Kash Heed interfered in a child pornography case, imagine that,fellow officers filing complaints against their own police chief,so Kash Heed fled West Vancouver with a get out of jail free card and a huge severance package, right into Gordon Campbell`s warm embrace,oh indeed friends, "Birds of a feather flock together".....Kash heed`s campaign manager is in hiding, a world of instant communications,cell phones,Blackberries and he can`t be found, illegal robo calls to Chinese NDP voters, illegal flyers to NDP voting Chinese constituents, tens of thousands of illegal brochures sent to NDP voters,brochures full of lies,scandalous lies, the pamphlets were printed at a BC Liberal friendly printer in Richmond, if there was no connection to Barinder Sall the police and Elections BC would have cleared the "Dirty Heed deeds done dirt cheap" by now,but they haven`t, does that sound like "Baseless accusations" Kirk Lapointe?

But what I really wanted to talk about was something else in the Faceless,nameless opinion piece, the unknown author of the story talks about the people in Chilliwak and Fraserview ridings being denied "effective representation" over the resignations of the accused.

Effective representation, hmmm, are those three disgraced Solicitor Generals not allowed to vote on bills? Of course they are, so where are the fine folks of those communities being denied "effective representation"?

Those MLAs presented the Government platform very effectively in the 2009 election campaign, lets have a look, those potential MLAs said....."BC Liberals will have a deficit of $495 million dollars maximum" snip........And what was the real deficit, $3.5 billion dollars,the largest deficit in BC history,in fact the 4 largest deficits in BC history have been brought in by Gordon Campbell.....Those potential MLAs, Dongen, Heed,Les.....They also stated that "the HST wasn`t on their radar", in fact the BC Liberals put that claim in writing to many industries BEFORE the election.

Here we had an election, just weeks after the fraud the deficit ballooned from "$495 million maximum" to well over $3 billion dollars, within weeks of the election Gordon Campbell and the other habitual liar Colin Hansen ram the HST down our throats!

So here we are, a nameless,faceless Vancouver Sun editorial board talks about Chilliwak and Fraserview being denied "effective representation".....The latest polls done have almost 90% of the people of British Columbia strongly opposed to the HST, education funding slashed,gaming grants slashed,cuts to healthcare,cuts to special needs children, even today First Nations groups are launching a class action suit against Gordon Campbell over his denial and deliberate slaughter of Wild Salmon, and the "Faceless,Nameless" Vancouver Sun editorial board is claiming that because John Les and Kash Heed sitting on the back benches are but only able to cast votes in favour of Gordon Campbell`s agenda,an agenda that 90% of the people of BC are against isn`t "effective representation"

Have you gone absolutely mad Kirk Lapointe? Or did your friend Gordon Campbell buy you new knee pads? Is that what you call effective representation Kirk Lapointe, MLAs avoiding phone calls, hiding,going against the will of 90% of the public? I would rather have "three blind mice" representing me than ANY BC Liberal!

On another note, the apologist Keith Baldrey was playing propaganda pimp on the noon news today...A report came down today, back in 2001 BC was number 1 in Canada on health care spending on a per capita basis, 9 years later and BC has dropped to second to last on per capita spending on health care(8th in Canada) , the only ones below us are the Ontario Liberals,Dalton Mcguinty is dead last, it does appear that "birds of a feather flock together".....And there was more from Keith Baldrey, BC is in last place when it comes to patient satisfaction.....

But bring in the Keith Baldrey pimp job, Keith Baldrey then goes into spin mode, Baldrey drags some other outfit`s numbers out,Baldrey states that BCers are number 1 in Canada with life expectancy and medical outcomes.......In other words all is well eh Baldrey?

Well let me tell you Mr. Baldrey, the reason BCers live longer than the rest of Canada is because of warm mild weather, because we haven`t been inundated with toxic industry to the extent of other Provinces, not yet but Gordon Campbell is working on it! The Kash Heed election fraud case continues to grow bigger and bigger every passing day, today on question period Bill Barisoff shut down all questions about the(IMO) Kash Heed fraudulent election win, today in the Vancouver sun Vaughn Palmer stated in his column that he was perplexed why the NDP didn`t ask any questions in question period about the Kash Heed affair on Monday, isn`t that interesting, Vaughn Palmer went onto say that the NDP should ask questions about Kash Heed before the story goes stale, isn`t that special, Vaughn Palmer believes questions on Kash Heed should be asked and answered!

On the evening news and also what Michael smyth reported this morning, Kash Heed`s campaign manager Barinder Sall has gone missing, his facebook page has been shut down, Barinder Sall was seen in California last week at a wedding, listen friends, despite what some gullible media and bloggers have to say this story does have legs,long legs! It`s big, bigger than any of you can imagine, why is Barinder Sall in hiding, in today`s world of cell phones,blackberries and a slew of other devices no one goes missing or can`t be found unless they want to be lost or not be found.

Kash Heed left West Vancouver with the cloud over him, complaints filed against him by fellow officers over Kash Heed interfering in a child pornography case, despite the fact that Jack Crone was ultimately convicted Kash Heed should of known better than to meet with a fellow employee of Jack Crone the morning of the day they were heading to Jack Crone`s home with a search warrant, who knows what other evidence was lost or not found,who knows if the investigation would have led back to jack Crone`s place of employment? Despite airy fairy thoughts by some on this matter we will never know the truth,Kash Heed fled West Vancouver with a massive severance package he wasn`t entitled too,he quit! It was obvious to ANYONE who followed the case and wrote about it that Pamela Goldsmith Jones wanted Kash Heed gone regardless of the cost!

Today on the evening news,again the printing company in Richmond is refusing to talk, this scandal that was CENTERED in Kash Heed`s riding and had tentacles reaching far and wide, for today we learn 15,000 more of these pamphlets were destined for Mable Elmor`s riding,they were intercepted at Canada post, Mable Elmore won her riding but imagine if those flyers got through?,how many more ridings have those phamplets been sent to ,what other ridings were the robo calls placed?....

Friends,in my opinion Barinder Sall is in hiding because he is either guilty or had direct knowledge of who made the pamphlets and authorized their release, because,even after Canada post stopped the mail out of the pamphlets they were still being delivered in plain brown envelopes.

And there is more,much much more, despite Kash Heed and the liberals downplaying this dirty,illegal activity,despite certain voices calling this affair trivial,inconsequential nothing could be further from the truth, do any of you think that the Chinese voters that live in Fraserview live there in isolation, how many Chinese voters are in Burnaby? Lots of Chinese voters live in Burnaby,look at how close the North Burnaby riding was, Richard Lee, a Chinese BC Liberal in Burnaby won by a handful of votes, do Chinese people in Burnaby know or talk to Chinese people in Fraserview? Of course they do, and we now know that these Criminal pamphlets went to at least 2 ridings, how many more ridings did they go to?

As far as I am concerned those criminal illegal flyers and robo calls cost the NDP at least 3 ridings, oh indeed friends, there will be a bi-election in Fraserview and Kash Heed will be toast,but so should Richard lee and Bloy, you know friends it amazes me, Gordon Campbell and the BC Liberals are habitual liars, why do the not so smart keep believing that on certain issues they must be telling the truth, Heed came to the Liberals dirty and he will leave the Liberals dirty.

And like I say, this story is going viral, Kash Heed has made public statements that he knew nothing, that he heard nothing until after the election, that`s pretty funny when Gabriel yiu complained to Kash Heed`s campaign about the dirty tricks,in fact the Vancouver Sun reported the story 3 days before the election and Kash Heed expects anyone to believe that he heard nothing until after the election....And the fact that the Vancouver Sun reported the story wouldn`t help the thousands of Chinese that don`t read the Vancouver Sun, or the thousands of Chinese that don`t read English period, oh indeed friends Kash Heed is going down.

But what I find amazing, in question period in years back when questions were asked about dozens of scandals(BC RAIL for one)....Questions were allowed to be asked, Gordon Campbell and Wally Oppal and Kash Heed might have answered..."It`s before the courts"...or "We don`t want to interfere with subject matter before the judiciary" and or many varied but similar answers.....But today my friends,Bill Barisoff refused even one question on Kash Heed to be asked, Gordon Campbell`s Government is in hiding and running from this one, in my opinion you will find a direct link between Barinder Sall and these pamphlets, and whether Kash Heed claims ignorance or not(Kash is good at that) matters not....In fact friends I expect Kash Heed to resign completely within a week to try and kill the story!

Kash Heed will be gone, we will probably never be able to connect to North Burnaby and a couple of other ridings but believe me,the Chinese are a tight knit honourable group and they like to talk,the criminal pamphlets had an effect on many ridings! I`m making the call folks, I say that Kash Heed will resign for good in an attempt to kill this story!

Think about this friends, the complaint to elections BC was filed last June, elections BC forwarded the information to the RCMP, Elections BC gave the name they got from Canada post to the RCMP, Elections BC refused to tell the media what name was associated with the mailing of the Pamphlets, the RCMP have had over 10 months, the RCMP have talked to the print shop in Richmond(who donated money to the BC Liberals),the print shop has refused to talk to the media, the RCMP have had 10 months, 10 months folks, if, if there was no connection to the upper crust of the BC Liberal party this issue would be long gone by now,the fact that Kash Heed has stepped down,Barinder Sall is in hiding, in an era of instant connections the Barinder Sall disappearance can`t be explained,what else that can`t be explained is the speaker of the Legislature Bill Barisoff not even allowing questions to be asked about the Kash Heed affair, I have never ever seen that before!

What a sad place to work, 16 months since I dealt that first card, maybe someone like me should never have applied for employment in this place, the winners, the few, they will be back, I have seen this picture played before.

"Mr. Wilson, good evening and good luck to you" Having dealt with this disease myself but now since self restrained I can see the beast for what it is, a destroyer of family,a halting of life,a taker of dreams. "hit or stay" ..........."Your a little unlucky tonight Mr. Wilson, another buy in?"

I don`t know Mr. Wilson personally but from the look of his worn shoes and rough hands he is a working man, an average man, a man who should be home with his wife and children rather than giving his hard earned money to Paragon, every 2 weeks around 6 pm in walks Mr. Wilson, he has succumbed to the draw of something for nothing, perhaps that isn`t phrased right, Mr. Wilson obviously gives his sweat and training for his bi-weekly pay cheque, it takes no skill to give it away, 6 months he has been coming here, every night he played and lost for the first month, oh sure he had a couple of winning nights,everyone does,that`s the hook, I don`t know how much he lost in that first month, 20,000...30,000 thousand...those days are gone now he`s coming on paydays only, I wish I could chase him away,warn him but my casino training and rules of conduct prevent such advise, 4 runs through the cards and Mr. Wilson is down 700.00$ quickly, please leave I think to myself, what food isn`t being bought,what mortgage payments are being missed, what divorce lawyer is his wife contacting, this scenario,the grip of the game, blackjack, poker, my poison was the wheel, roulette, perhaps a more appropriate name would be Russian roulette, the pawn shop, relatives, advances from work,theft, and finally a beaten man, those sources of money soon dry up, if only, one more night, one big hit, let me get even and I will never gamble again, how can I quit now, yes those arguments played out a thousand times for me, rock bottom, why is it people can`t look up until they can`t look further down.

Because there are far more nefarious characters to watch for, the Chin brothers, well dressed and smooth but their veil doesn`t hide the pure ruthlessness they possess, sharks, lenders, 300 % interest per week, who would dare agree to the Chin brother`s terms, Damn, it looks like Mr. Wilson is availing himself of the Chin`s service, if only I could scream NO,leave him alone, but I have heard of the handi-work of the Chin brothers, broken arms or worse, pink slips and deeds, 6 homes this year alone that I know of. "Mr Wilson your back, time to change your luck,would you like some red chips or all black"

I sure hopes he wins, another 1000$ in chips courtesy of the chin brothers but I know that`s $2000 dollars back to the Chins tonight or $3000 dollars within a week, why do I care, I lost my life savings more than once to the wheel, I can`t help but think if these casino`s weren`t here Mr. Wilson would have new shoes, money in the bank and good tread on his mini van, do not Governments think of the harm, the money that gets siphoned from families, can`t they see lives being put on hold, the money from thousands of Mr. Wilsons not being spent on children`s braces,on education,on trips, on barbecues, on flowers for the wife, Paragon raking in millions per month, soccer and football fans having to walk through the gauntlet of spinning wheels,flashing slots and scantily dressed hostesses to get to their seats, what demonic mind would conspire to force a sporting audience to navigate through the land mines of vice.

But this is a nice casino, plush chairs, brass and gleen, too nice perhaps, the grip of gaming doesn`t see carpet or brass, they see triple 777s or aces and jacks, these victims would be here if it was a cement floor and splintered stools, nice or nasty the business is to extract dollars,lots of dollars, I wonder what usury deal the Chin brothers will exact upon Mr. Wilson, 1:00 am and Minnie is making the rounds again, "hey Minnie how goes it"....A smile and a nod from Minnie, the cycle of sadness permeates this place, Super Natural British Columbia, a downtown casino, somehow this joint seems out of place, a giant casino with flashing lights pulling lives apart, Canuck fans,Lions fans, now gamers, adjacent bars and eateries empty yet standing room only in this life destroying casino, 5 days a week I watch as Joe average dies and fades, lonely seniors gambling their medicine money away, they come they go, Mr. Wilson didn`t make it home last night, he jumped off the Lions gate bridge.There are but few winners in this place,Minnie the moocher,the Chin brothers and the owners of Paragon gaming.

What is the true cost of these casinos, online limits of 10,000$, Keno every 4 minutes, 6/49..BC49..Super max...Pacific hold-em.....pokersites....!

Today friends I have a big smile on my face, the HST petition is going great, all over the Province people are lining up to sign the petition, up in the Peace region canvassers got 50% of the required signatures in 1 day, line-ups in Kamloops, people lined up first thing in the morning to sign in Nanaimo, in talking to some canvassers on the Sunshine coast almost everyone who is asked is signing the petition, every group of signers there are many more who are volunteering to help, Elections BC is still swamped,thousands and thousands of new canvassers have sent in paperwork, it appears everyone wants to ride the growing snowball!

And the news keeps getting better, a cute lady wants to date me, a girl! Me! really me?, being single and isolated, she`s been reading my blog,she is local, single with an almost adult son, I haven`t had a date in so long, I have many past emotional commitments and have been sacrificing time and energy for others and enjoy doing so, I am so looking forward to a hug and a mental connection, true love is in the mind, and speaking of beautiful minds, there is one I would like to mention, this woman`s aura glows, a powerful presence, a woman who has said many kind things to me, a lady who has taught me to care,to fight, and to forgive, although I really struggle with that forgive thing but I`m working on it, I visited my friend Mary`s site today and even before I could read her latest gem I noticed something different, her site was electric, there was a Cherry Blossom aura emanating from the pages, there were smiles and a peaceful power that exploded from her words, I could sense there was an entity there, it was surreal, I could reach out and touch it, it was not imaginary, it was there, the only thing I can add is visit Mary`s site yourself and read her latest Publication ban post, I just left there and now I have a giant smile and tear dripped paperwork.

In a world of imagination, shouldn`t the goal of Government be to make as many children smile as possible, friends, if I ever ran for office that would be my one and only election promise.."I Grant G promise if elected to make as many children smile as possible, I promise to make parents of autistic children smile, parents of disabled children smile, I promise to make students smile, I promise to make kids from all ages smile,no matter what economic class children come from policies will be put in place that will make them smile"

That`s my message folks, the banks, oil n gas sector, P3s, IPPs, insider friends, they have been doing a lot of smiling at the expense of families and children, no children should go to bed hungry, no son or daughter should be denied available treatment for illness, the BC Childrens hospital will never wait for funding,waiting for telethons, waiting for donations to be built, in my world Children come first!

In my world Ecana gas and BC Banks can run telethons for subsidies,if they want subsidies they can beg individuals for money, not the reverse, there will be no money for casinos or retractable roofs until all libraries are opened, until child poverty is stamped out, until EIBI funding for autistic children is put in place for all, in my world there will be food for hungry children, insulin pumps.........

In my world the children smile, I`m smiling today, Mary is smiling, my HST petitioneers are smiling, I want to turn this Province into super natural BC, a place where children once again have reason to smile!

Gordon Campbell, Crime Boss!

11 months have passed since Gordon Campbell`s fraudulent election theft, the stink,the corruption, the lies, the sell outs, hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars have been given to Gordon Campbell`s party donating friends, the cabinet,MLAs,the stench, a complete criminal investigation of Gordon Campbell must be conducted as soon as possible, all we need now is a Solicitor General, but that may be a bit of a problem.

John Les, ex mayor of Chilliwak, John Les has brothers, brothers who are developers,Corny Les is one of them....I think a more appropriate name would be Carney....As in flim flam carneys at a sideshow who have but one goal,to take your money by whatever means.

The complaint against John Les is this, there were more than one person in Chilliwak who owned land, land that was in the agricultural reserve, the citizens of Chilliwak were wanting to get in on the real estate game, these land owners could make a fortune if they could sell their property as development land, one problem, the Chilliwak citizens applied to the city to have their land re-zoned, applied to get their land removed from the agricultural reserve,well, they had no luck at all, the city said no, but the story doesn`t end there, several of these people sold their property anyway,but for a fraction of the price, and who buys up the property, developers, bring in the Les brothers, and here`s the deal, Joe public in Chilliwak for years couldn`t get their land re-zoned but within months of the Les`s involvement with this land purchase the zoning gets changed and the Les`s start developing and selling and making the big bucks, coincidence,did John Les use his connections and power to change the zoning laws,Ex mayor John Les through influence peddling paves the road with gold for his brothers, that`s the allegations friends, a cut and dried deal, a deal that the RCMP has been looking at for 3 years,and they still have their fingers up their butt,how long should this take,a simple land fraud investigation, in my opinion John Les is a lowdown corrupt politician who should resign today,the RCMP are gutless and in negotiations with the Province,I don`t expect any justice from a sad sorry tainted RCMP, how long should this investigation take another 3 years(more on John Les here)http://powellriverpersuader.blogspot.com/2010/01/john-les-icbc-kash-heed-nothing-to-see.html

No matter how much lipstick you put on Gordon Campbell,he is a pig,a corrupt Government,habitual liars, Shirley Bond,Falcon,Coleman,bobblehead Abbot, the hater of special needs children Mary Polak, I could name them all,every BC Liberal is a habitual liar, the successful HST initiative followed by "Recall in the Fall" followed by a severe shortage of "special prosecutors".....Does anyone know where we can find 85 special prosecutors!

I get many people asking me why I fight, why I care, and to tell you the truth it`s in my nature,I am aware that the HST initiative is non-binding, but what we are talking about is sending a message,for if we roll over and play dead we will be hurting future generations,the HST initiative might not be binding but "Recall in the Fall" is!

6 years ago when I lived in Burnaby, my apartment faced a park, I have always been a cat lover,my oldest cat is my Siamese, he`s 25 years old,my all black tabby is 16 years old, but my youngest, Shady Lady, let me tell you the story.

In Burnaby there were feral cats, there was one local adult feral cat, well she gave birth to kittens, how many I don`t know but this tiny little scruff of a cat was identical to the feral cat was hanging around, a cute little thing, but cats born to feral cats are a problem,they are basically wild, the coyotes would go through the park and alleys late at night and I always worry about my guys, no night time prowling, I was also concerned about the little wild kitten,I would leave food on my bottom floor balcony and the kitten was feeding there, she even snuck inside the apartment and was sleeping near the heater, but if I moved towards her she would bolt out sliding door, so here one evening the kitten was eating food on my balcony,I could see her feeding, anyway, I heard a clunk and the kitten bolted, along my balcony 3 raccoons were chasing the kitten.

So I get to my feet head to the balcony(It was about 10:30 PM) and there is enough park light for me to see the kitten zoom up a big tree, but about this giant tree is, there are no low branches, the lowest branches are about 20 feet up and then it`s heavy thick evergreen, so up the tree the kitten goes, and to my amazement the 3 raccoons went up the tree too, oh oh, so here it is night time, I can`t see up into the tree the foliage is too thick,but what I heard, the racket,the noise, the battle I could hear but not see, it was horrifying, my neighbors on the second floor,third floor came out to their balcony`s to find out what the ruckus was about, I was literally in tears, I couldn`t see anything but the image of this little kitten getting shredded and eaten by the raccoons was to much too take, there was nothing I could do, a thick fat tree with no branches and my leg was still thrashed with a metal extruding bar holding it together.

The battle lasted about 5 minutes then silence, the tears rolled down my cheeks,the kitten is dead, life,nature, but then, after a few minutes of silence the tree battled raged on again, the growling,the hissing, well friends I couldn`t take it, I remembered one of my neighbors had a double extension ladder on his van in the underground, I hobble down there, I didn`t ask(No time) I unhook his ladder and head to the tree, I extend the ladder to it`s full extent and it just reaches the bottom branch, yikes, and I hate ladders, it was a ladder accident did my leg in the first place, never the less, the ladder is up, now what?....

I grab a golf club, a flashlight and head up the ladder, even with my bummer leg I head up, manage to get onto the lower branches, most of my neighbors are on their balconies checking out the scene, so now I am in the foliage of the trees,with a flash light,golf club and start climbing up and up, well friends the tree is getting thinner and thinner, above me near the top are 6 glowing eyes from the raccoons, and a kitten somewhere, I have never planned for this type of situation, how are these raccoons going to pass me, what to do?, well, I keep climbing, I start barking like a dog, growling while climbing this tree!

I can just imagine what my neighbors are thinking, a nut in the tree with a golf club,flashlight and barking like a dog at 10:00pm, so near the top, the raccoons are clearly bewildered, I lean way back to one side, start swinging the golf club and barking, the raccoons start moving down,they can`t go up, friends I was indeed nervous with 3 adult raccoons moving down the tree within a foot of my hands and feet, I barked real loud, they gingerly moved below me and kept going, pheww,what a relief, now where is the kitten, there she was dangling out near the end of a tiny top branch, well I can`t reach her but I have to get out of this tree, so down I go,I toss down the golf club, reaching the ladder was difficult,going down was harder than going up,so I reach the ground and turn around and the kitten was on the ground seconds behind me....SUCCESS!!!! I was so happy!!!

Meanwhile, 2 months later I left for the sunshine coast, but before I left I set up a string pull balcony door trap, I lured the kitten with food near the door,but to reach the food she had to come in, well,pretending to be asleep,one eye on the food, in came the kitten and I pull the string and the door is shut, I have her trapped inside my apartment, now what? Well between my dad and I,the next day we chased her around my apartment,threw a blanket over her,put her in a cage,took her to the vet to get fixed....

Picked her up 2 days later on my move to the Sunshine coast and brought the wild feral kitten with me and my other cats.

I kept her inside for months, this kitten won`t let me pat her, or touch her, yet she loves my adult cats,my Siamese and other cats fight for space to sleep on my chest,I am always waking up to a mouthful of fur, yet the kitten will only get within a few feet of me, she likes me, she talks to me, she asks to go outside, but she won`t let me pat her.

Well friends, that was 6 years ago, I have a new outdoor cat that found me,GIN GIN is his name,he was covered with tree sap, knotted fur,a scruffy cat that has been outside for years, now Gin Gin is a beautiful Maine Coon cat, so smart, so friendly,loves to be petted and held.

6 years gone by, the tree cat who I named Shady Lady to this day still won`t let me pat her,touch her,hold her,but she sleeps by my feet and talks to me,she loves and cuddles my male cats, and that`s good enough for me,we have an understanding, I feed her,take care of her,protect her, and she gives me the cold shoulder,sounds like my ex!

So as for why I fight, speak up for the voiceless, stick my nose in, get involved, because it`s just the way I was raised, the needs of the many out weigh the needs of the few,or the one.

I will fight for the HST initiative whether it`s binding or not, I will make "Recall in the Fall" a success, I will never surrender whatever the cost may be!

I give you my condolences Kootcoot for the recent loss of your cat, I shed an extra tear for her.

Pitchfork Nation to the Rescue

Well friends,the battle begins, last night is was a full house in Gordon Campbell`s riding, 500 persons plus,angry voters,betrayed voters, Liberals,NDPers,Conservatives, Green party members,a united front, the HST initiative will succeed, I have got the goods,and a little bit of simple math to prove how easy this will be!

I faxed off my application to Elections BC to Canvass for signatures on the HST initiative, I haven`t heard back from elections BC yet so I did a little digging, there is also a fax number to send my application to,a number provided by the Zalm, well, the number the Zalm has provided rings busy,busy and even busier, a good sign? So here I am getting a little anxious to start collecting signatures, so I call up Elections BC to ask about my application, after playing phone tag for a while,being put on hold for a bit, I ultimately found a real person too talk to,and a charming woman she was, I first layed on my charm, cracked a joke,made her giggle and had right where I wanted, in the palm of my hand..

So I play stupid, that is sometimes very easy for me, I tell the charming voice that I faxed my application and I haven`t heard back from Elections BC yet, I ask her if there is a problem, she responded with professional courtesy that the applications take about 2 days to process and someone will contact me, so friends, a woman,a charming voice, time to extract data, I have learned that with a few subtle hints, a little distraction I can obtain vast amounts of data...

So I tell the girl in a humble meek way, "I am so worried that there aren`t enough volunteers to stop the evil HST" ......To which she responds, "Oh,I don`t think you need to worry"....I queried a little more, I asked her "How many passionate people have registered, a few hundred?"....To which she chirped back...."No sir,there are thousands of canvassers, we are absolutely swamped, the phone is ringing off the hook, hundreds per day have been phoning to verify their canvassing status and hundreds more signing up everyday".......Oh I said, and I needed to dig a bit more, time for another set-up question...I fire another salvo...."I guess these recall campaigns are always pretty hectic, standard fare"........Well the charming lady on the other end said ...."actually no, no one here at elections BC has seen anything like this,ever! We are absolutely overwhelmed"........

And with that friends my work with her was done, I did ask what she thought of the imposition of the HST, she said she wasn`t allowed to respond, but I know her answer.

So indeed friends, a full house in enemy territory in Kitsilano, angry seniors, Christy Clark did a segment this afternoon on the HST, she started out her segment with some severe harsh attacks against the Zalm and predicted failure,...Christy Clark stated, "It`s too hard, 10% of registered voters in all 85 ridings, it can`t be done," she went onto say, ......"Vanderzalm should have changed the recall law and initiative laws when he was premier". oh really Christy Clark,now you are blaming Zalm? Gimmee a break, Then Christy Clark(The Libertarian) went onto say...."I am in favour of the HST, taxes are good,Government needs money to provide services".......Well first off,aren`t Libertarians supposed to be opposed to taxation? Secondly, Colin Hansen and Gordon Campbell have stated the Province will lose hundreds of millions each year with the HST,so what services will get paid for? More likely the HST will mean service cuts!

Anyway, Christy Clark opened up the phone lines, every caller blasted Christy,blasted Gordon Campbell, they called Gordon Campbell a liar, a con, a fiscal idiot, Christy tried to argue and downplay the anger, in fact Christy Clark also said in her lead-up to the segment, "I don`t think people care anymore,no one is still angry,people have already accepted the HST"...Well friends...The callers,angry callers,passionate callers,a caller who was at the Kitsilano rally,she described a standing room only crowd,a rockous crowd, I heard these callers,real people with real anger issues,and the callers on Christy Clark didn`t just want the HST removed but wanted Gordon Campbell gone NOW.....Christy was blown away, the very last caller to christy`s show was an old woman who I have heard before from west Vancouver, she said she loves the HST,people will get more money,things will cost less,and you will get a larger GST/Carbon tax/HST rebate cheque......

Yes friends,one demented old woman agreed with Christy Clark, but the old woman(perhaps Christy`s mom) spewed lies, everyone knows things are going to cost more, but I found it interesting that the only pro-HST caller was a whack job whose facts were all wrong, good work Christy, even your right wing whack job fans hate the HST....And by the way Christy, a Libertarian who likes big government and big taxes,well, I think you just outed yourself, a Libertarian who wants the trophy bear hunting expanded, was against the driving and cell phone talking ban, wants teachers beaten down into slaves, and wants big box stores to move into Tofino.....Well Christy, I think you are confused, I think less stinky drivel comes out of your butt than your mouth!

Where was I, oh yea, the HST initiative, there is well over 2 thousand canvassers signed up, with thousands more waiting on approval, 90 days to collect 10% of the vote....That is a piece of cake.....The raw number of signatures required are a little less than 300,000.....Think about that number for a moment. Think about 5000 canvassers, if each canvasser collected 100 signatures in 90 days, roughly 3 signatures per day, that my friends works out to 500,000 signatures, almost double the required amount, I personally have lined up over 100 signatures, all I `m doing is waiting for my paperwork, I will have those 100 plus signatures within a week.

Last night on Global news,the water carrier (thanks Ross K) Keith Baldrey was saying, oh,recall is so hard, here in Victoria there aren`t many at the rally, and Baldrey commented that there wasn`t many people in Kitsilano, well I guess Mr. Baldrey didn`t want to tell the viewers that Kitsilano was standing room only and in the premier`s riding,nice try Baldrey,Clark, Canwest,CTV...The HST initiative will succeed big time, I guarantee it! It`s only the paid stooges that say it can`t be done.

Meanwhile I have sharpened my pitchfork, we are about to make history, the voice and the will of the public will be heard, the HST will be eliminated, Gordon Campbell can ignore the initiative at his own peril, for if he ignores the HST initiative he and 8 others BC Liberals will feel the sharpened prongs of "recall in the fall"

HST to the Rescue? NOT

Let`s talk HST in Canada, as you know Gordon Campbell and Colin Hansen lied their faces off pre-election,they lied about the size of the deficit, Campbell claimed the deficit would be $495 million dollars maximum, that deficit quickly turned to over $4 billion dollars immediately after the election,and they also stated in writing that the HST would not be brought in,another whopper of a lie.

First let`s look at the Province of Quebec, in Quebec they have had the HST since 1991, imagine that, Quebec right next door to Ontario, one Province with the HST one without, has Quebec lured all those head offices in Ontario to move to Quebec, no,that hasn`t happened, is Quebec leading Canada in jobs,growth,economic activity, the truth is no,in fact Quebec is the most indebted Province, their Provincial debt is 53% of GDP, so as a percentage of debt per person no one beats Quebec, did the HST save Quebec? According to Colin Hansen, the HST is the best thing his government can do to screw the public, lately Colin Hansen`s face has twisted and contorted as he repeats the lies, baseless lies about the HST, Colin`s face appears warped, watching Colin Hansen lie in the legislature is like a bad acid trip from the 60s, warbled words and traces leading into the rabbit hole.

Back to Quebec, year after year Quebec receives equalization payments from Canada, from Alberta basically, so how is that HST thing working for you Quebec, perhaps Colin Hansen can explain why in Quebec, the poorest Province in Canada is raising fees to fight their HST debt, Quebec is raising fuel taxes by a cent a year, well big deal, we have a useless carbon tax that hasn`t lowered emissions by one gram, health fees are going up in Quebec, right now adults pay $25 dollars per year, those fees are going up 800% over 2 years, that fee is rising to $200 dollars per year by 2012, well, out here in BC people languish for years on waiting lists only to either die waiting for medical service or spend their pension cheques on private health care....Quebec is also raising tuition fees, that will hurt families in Quebec, but as for tuition fees, BC leads the nation with the most unaffordable/expensive tuition, .......Yes friends the HST is a lie,a stinking fabrication,a bad acid trip,not one shred of credible evidence to prove the HST does anything but hurt the public,yet despite Quebec having the HST since 1991 they are in the worst fiscal state of all Provinces, now those fees and charges that are going up in Quebec are but the tip of the iceberg....Because guess what, Quebec`s Provincial sales tax is being raised, presently their tax rate 7.5% PST--5% GST for a combined HST of 12.5 %.....Well friends, Quebec is raising their PST to 8.5% and in 2012 they are raising their PST 9.5% ....That means their combined HST rate is going 14.5% by 2012.

So how is that HST working for you Quebec? But there is more, much much more, because of massive cuts to the Corporate tax structure in Canada, in fact Kootcoot wrote about it, of the G7 nations we are the lowest in cost to corporations, well second lowest,Mexico is still cheaper but only because of wages, although Gordon Campbell and Colin Hansen are giddy with pride over their $6 dollar per hour starting and firing wage rate, these massive tax cuts to the corporation, subsidies, gifts, free to pollute and make people sick, but the problem is this, Stephen Harper, Ignatief, even slippery Jack Layton all know that Ottawa has not only massive growing debt but they have a structural deficit, in other words, economists,legitimate economists,not phony flip-floppers like Jack Mintz but real economists say that the GST must be raised back to 7%......Ottawa needs that money, so unless the federal Governments slash and burn and cut health services, unless they reform all of Government the GST is going to go back up to 7%.........

So folks, what does that mean, quite simple, it means that the HST tax rate in Quebec will 16.5% by 2012.....It means that the HST in BC will be 14%....Or will it, in fact friends the BC hst will lose money, with everyone along the Alberta border will be buying goods and services tax free in Alberta,no PST,no HST ,no nothing....And with the loonie at par or better against the US greenback, well, those long,hot summer line-ups heading south will stretch from Abbotsford to Victoria.....Spend spend spend,cheap milk,cheap gas,cheap clothes,cheap electronics, and Quebec,the underground economy in Quebec is huge, we will learn in BC, no cheque,no bill, cash is king, so what you have in a nut shell is this, the HST will create a bigger hole in BC`s Provincial revenues, consumers pull back,tourism suffers, Canadian dollars head south, so what then, well you guessed it, TAXES MUST BE RAISED, imagine that, because of the HST the BC LIAR Party will have to raise user fees and the PST to make up for the shortfall, think about that irony, the BC public gets a $2 billion dollar per year tax hit and the Province has to dig into the public for Another $ 2 billion dollar tax hit to make-up for the tax shortfall brought by the HST.(read about Quebec raising taxes and fees here)http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601082&sid=ae0tk1hRwVzA

You see friends that is exactly what is happening in Quebec, 20 years with the HST and they are a have not Province with the most debt and soon to be the highest taxed jurisdiction in Canada, no, there will be no HST to the rescue, we will pay more and more and corporations pay less and less, well.......Maybe Nova Scotia did better with the HST, after all, they have had the HST since 1996, 14 years of HST certainly it has made Nova Scotia the place to be, national companies moving there from far and wide to take advantage of the HST, a wealthy Province with a fancy HST that business`s can`t resist, surely Nova Scotia can make the case for the HST,well perhaps not!

Nova Scotia, the HST,when they brought in the HST in 1996 as an enticement to get the public to but into it they lowered their PST by 5 points, that`s right folks the GST/PST combined rate was 19% in Nova Scotia, to convince the public to go along they lowered the combined rate to 15% HST....And when Canada as a whole was doing pretty good Nova Scotia lowered their HST to 13%.....Wow,amazing, the HST must have been a huge success in Atlantic Canada, well perhaps not, the Nova Scotia Liberal Government was drowning in debt, in their last election the Nova Scotia Liberals were tossed out on their butts, too many lies,hidden debt, well when the NDP took over they realized the Liberals had fried their economy, and that new 13% HST rate will not do, nope,not enough, again with shoppers buying on line,the underground economy, they now are forced to raise the HST to 15% on July/1/2010, As of July 1/2010 the tax rate in Nova Scotia is rising from 13% to 15%......

That`s right, the Provinces drowning in the most debt are none other than the HST provinces, so Quebec`s HST is to rise to 14.5% next year,....Nova Scotia`s HST to rise to 15% this year...Ottawa to raise the GST to 6% this year and eventually to 7% next year......So the HST in Quebec will be 16.5% in 2012......Nova Scotia HST will be 17% in 2011/2012....BC`s HST will be 15% in 2011/2012, and like Quebec and Nova Scotia the BC PST will have to be raised to 8% or more to make up for tax short falls, yes friends,as more and more people go underground,no receipts, no bill,no tax the BC Liars will have to take more and more from fewer people.(read about Nova Scotia raising their HST here)http://www.news957.com/news/local/article/42568--hst-income-tax-changes-highlight-nova-scotia-budget

Imagine that, Quebec has the most debt per capita(#1), Nove Scotia(#2) and the other Atlantic provinces rank 3rd and 4th ....The HST,no case,no facts,the historical data has debunked any good coming from the HST.

That is the HST in a nut shell, a fraud, a gift to big business, the hst will add zero jobs,the hst will add zero investment,Jack Mintz states the HST will cost jobs and hurt consumers,like everything Gordon Campbell and Colin Hansen have touched,fraud,con,scam,insider juice,public sell offs,privatizing public assets, by far, a government of idiots,even worse than the Vancouver NPA and the Athletes village financial boondoggle, the Gordon Campbell Liberals couldn`t run a lemonade stand.

(On a side note, a certain loudmouth has been spewing more garbage,let me be perfectly clear, I tweaked one story,my premier Coleman story, I tweaked it as a courtesy to shut up a loud-mouth, my mistake was tweaking the story to appease, for now the foul-mouth thinks he can bully me,well he is wrong, Mr.Meech tried to save someone`s face,he failed badly, you can read the exchange in my Britannia beach story....I was also sent a long email called ...."Without prejudice".......It was sent to me by you know who, the email gave me a 72 hour deadline to respond...The Email stated that I Grant G must post a statement on my Blog for 72 hours apologizing to the affected person,the email went onto to say that during this 72 hours I can`t post any other stories....The email finished off saying a team of lawyers will be contacting me if I fail to meet the deadlines!!!!!!!!!!)

Well friends, I returned the email to you know who, and this is what I said, "Bring it on,I agree to nothing,see ya in court"

That was my response, the deadline was last Monday, 9 days ago, and here I was looking forward to blogging on my court victory!...Anyway, the silence from you know who and his family of lawyers is "Deafening"
