The Curse, are we next?

It`s come to my attention that many massive new high-rise towers are being proposed for Vancouver, including towers that are higher than the Shangra-La, I am not against all development but.....But why are these buildings being built in view corridors?

A January 5 council meeting,the planning department urged council to approve these buildings, council has already approved a 20 story rental that will block the view to English bay from Denman street, georgia street and seymour is the proposed site for a super tall 213 meter monster, taller than the 201 meter shangra-La building, view corridors are a hotly debated issue in Vancouver, maybe it`s just me folks but I would be twisted if I was living and or paying for a condo or apartment only to have a massive building erected and destroy my view,maybe I`m old fashioned that way.And, according to the story, these giant towers will be built to the highest "Green standards" well well well, how the heck can you build a 65 story "Green" building? The "Skyscraper curse" has struck again....

Every time a country builds the world`s tallest building, it seems their stock market crashes soon afterward.
It happened in America before the great depression, Architects unveiled two awesome new skyscrapers-the Chrysler building and the Empire state building--just as the worst bear market in America`s history was getting started.
There was another bear market in the 1970s The stock market lost 75% of its purchasing power in a decade, the completion of the Sears Tower in 1973 marked a two-year, 45% decline in the dow.

In 1997, Malaysia`s Petronas Towers took the title of the world`s tallest building from the Sears Tower. The same year, the Malaysian stock market fell 50%.

Most recently, the curse struck Dubai, the Burj Dubai became the world`s tallest building last year, Now Dubai is close to bankruptcy,and its stock market has crashed.

Famous speculator Victor Niederhoffer says mankind has a " Tendency to build high before a fall" , He devotes a chapter to this tendency in his second book, Practical Speculation.

One example Niederhoffer cites is the Nasdaq`s Marketsite Tower, which featured the world`s largest video display on its facade. The building was completed in December 1999, three months before the Nasdaq composite crashed 70%.

Enron is another example he uses, Enron was halfway into construction on a $200 million,40-story skyscraper, with an eight-story trading floor when the company collapsed into bankruptcy in 2002.

The book`s advice is, don`t just look at "tallest in the world" when trying to guess where the skyscraper curse could strike next.You should also pay attention whenever you see the tallest in the nation,the state,or the "CITY". These buildings could attract the curse.

Also,skyscrapers make a lot more sense in Hong Kong than they do in Omaha.So watch out for "Conspicuously tall buildings" where population density or land values don`t justify them.

So where will the curse strike next?

Dubai is still in play, The Burj Dubai isn`t complete yet, The official completion date is sometime in 2010. So there could be more trouble to come for Dubai...

There`s a gargantuan skyscraper going up in Shanghai right now.The Shanghai tower will be the world`s second-largest building when it`s complete in 2014.

South Korea`s stock market could be in danger. The Koreans are building the world`s tallest twin skyscrapers, the Incheon Towers, scheduled for completion in 2012. And the country will also get a building that`s going to be taller than the Shanghai Tower. It`s scheduled for 2015.

But my favorite candidate for an attack of the skyscraper Curse is Saudi Arabia...

The Saudis are building a complex called the Abraj Al-Bait Towers in Mecca, it`ll be the largest building in the world in terms of floor space and the tallest building in Saudi Arabia, The complex will include a prayer room with capacity for 10,000 people and a seven-star hotel.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2010, If the curse strikes, you should expect a stock market crash in Saudi Arabia to follow shortly thereafter.

Another mirage from the RCMP

You know folks, some of the stuff I read I just shake my head, as you know I wrote about Wiebo Ludwig, the alleged Ecana bomber, and, it is my opinion that this was nothing but a fishing expedition, the RCMP and the Campbell government are held in such low regard that this arrest,press conference was nothing but a public relations exercise.

OK, so you think I might be a little paranoid, time will tell when they release Wiebo Ludwig without charges, anyways, I was glancing through some of the Canwest (fish wrap) newspapers tonight and I ran across this story headlining on the front page in the Sun,the Province and the Victoria times paper, the story is titled :Informants destroying B.C. gangs from the inside out, expert:



The expert who is quoted in this story is Darryl Plecas, an Abbotsford professor with lots of awards,degrees, and he is the Chair of the RCMP learning center, I wonder if he is related to Bob Plecas, ah but I digress, the headline alone sent my alarm bell ringing, so I read this story(comic) and I can`t believe what he said, Plecas states that gang members are turning on themselves, reeking havoc internally, Plecas mentions Clay Rouche, Clay was arrested by the American justice system on drug and money laundering charges and received a 30 year sentence(which he is appealing).....Plecas goes onto say that since Some upper level gang bangers have been caught that the gangs have had to recruit new inexperienced bangers and these new bangers are easily scared and are ratting out upper members of the gangs.



Lets cut to the chase with this story, the RCMP are so desperate for a good news story that now they are manufacturing good news stories, and they use Plecas with all his degrees and awards to pimp the story, and friends this whole story is nothing but a public soother and PAB trick, and, Darryl Plecas is connected with the RCMP, he chairs the RCMP learning center.



First off, this isn`t the police saying this, this is a so-called professor, is Plecas being kept up to speed by the RCMP? If he is, is that kosher? I don`t think so, and, think about it, if bangers are destroying the gangs of B.C. from the inside out through informing(ratting out) why would you tell the world that this was going on? If it was true would you want the gang leaders to know about it? I don`t think so, kill the golden goose, uh uh, and there is more, if there are gangs with lots of new recruits what`s going to happen? Who is going to get killed? get shot? Get set -up, you see if this story is true and informants are ratting out their bosses, and if gang leaders or upper echelon gang members are getting busted and they didn`t know why they are getting busted......Well now Professor Plecas(brain surgeon) you have just let the cat out of the bag and I would expect to have some shootings in the very near future!



You see folks, this story in my opinion is nothing but the RCMP still fishing for a story to hang their hats on, especially since Jamie Bacon`s brother has no charges against him and the court is going to rule on Thursday that the warrant they used on Jamie Bacon was invalid,not to mention they got caught taping and listening in on Jamie Bacon and his lawyer, talk about amateurs, (Look friends,I am no friend of bacon or bangers,I think their scum but that`s not the issue)

Anyways, story after story about drugs, money, crime,how many gang murders have the RCMP solved, I read a story last week about how the youth and hard drug users can get dope in minutes anywhere in Metro Vancouver, the eastside of Vancouver has drug dealers everywhere, every block there is dope, heck they are allowed to carry Crack and heroin and go shoot up at :Insite: and they are going to do a legal heroin study in Vancouver, and Metro Vancouver is the hard drug, crystal meth,crack cocaine ,ecstacy capital of Canada, drug addicted sex workers all over the city, all over Nanaimo, drugs everywhere in Victoria,the fraser valley,the interior, not to mention the marijuana grow ops, estimated 6 billion dollar a year industry.(you can read Darryl Plecas`s credentials here,including his ties to the RCMP)

Yet Darryl Plecas comes out with this story, who is he trying to convince,himself, the gullible public, maybe the story is for the olympic visitors or the press core, we wouldn`t want the world to see our shame, of course our ugliness will be swept out of site for three weeks, so who is this story for? I suspect it`s a little of both, I just hope this story doesn`t start another shooting gallery, if it does, whose conscience will it be on? And lastly, if I was a gang banger I would fear a retaliation death sentence far more than I would fear the Canadian justice penal system!

(Updated again tonight at 12: 35 AM......I just clicked the link above and mysteriously the Vancouver sun states "The story is no longer available" I suspect that the powers that be pulled the story because it`s a downtown(Olympic city) Vancouver murder story, I will look for more information, maybe they were wrong,maybe it wasn`t a shooting,why wouldn`t the story then say,with new information we discovered it wasn`t a shooting) Anyways, the story said a man in an older apartment (The Chelsea) was shot in the chest, police and ambulances were in front of the building according to a witness, the witness wasn`t sure whether the victim was still alive. Something fishy going on here....Vanoc, could it be that Vanoc and the IOC ordered the story buried? As you can see from the above link, the link states....SHOT +DOWNTOWN+VANCOUVER.....Curious.

(Updated again at 1:00 AM.....I called St Paul hospital to get information on the shooting,it was a shot in the dark, St Pauls hospital is the closest hospital to the shooting, the main switchboard transfered me to emergency department, I asked the woman who answered if the shooting victim from the west end was brought there, she said....." You will have to call the police for any information on the shooting" snip.....I then said to her, I`m a reporter with the Straight Goods, are you saying you won`t give me any information on the shooting?.....To which she responded......"No,I can`t give you any information on the shooting".....And with that the phone call ended........Well my friends, the lack of an answer spoke volumes, I tricked her into saying ...."I can`t give you any information on the shooting".......Like I said, it`s obvious to me that Vanoc, on the 30 day count down to the Olympics, with a worldwide Olympic push, they have shut down the bad news from Vancouver. You see folks, with the 30 day countdown being blasted around the world, people looking up information on Vancouver would hear about the shooting, is this what Vancouver is turning into, news being surpressed,news that the public has a right to know,news that has public safety implications?

Olympic spirit Not, Gordon Campbell stabbed BCers in the back

In case you haven`t noticed, we are being told by the pro-olympic lobby that regardless of how we feel now that we WILL LOVE THE GAMES, and, anyone who feels differently is off kilter.

Let me first say, I am a huge sports fan and I will be watching many of the events on T.V. but...

CTV....Global....And especially the NAUSEATING olympic pandering on cknw, I was up early today and apparently today is the 30 day away mark from the start of the spectacle, well, starting with Phillip Till, non-stop olympic talk, next is Bill(Boring) Good,.....Where is my throw-up bucket? The non-stop olympic push from Bill Good is pathetic, all olympics all day,all callers getting through are pro-olympic boosters, obviously the calls are being screened,what else is new, even Gary Mason is in the olympic push, Mason said, It`s common place for Olympic host cities a month before the games that the people feel a little blue,but, he and other (Pre-Arranged callers) said, at Salt lake city, at Torino, at Sydney, the people in the last month before the games suddenly changed their feelings and embraced the games and got swept up in emotion,in self pride and on and on.......Am I starting to blush.

No siree Bob, this is the Straight Goods, lets start with a few of the hundreds of lies....The Athletes village, nothing but a scam from start to finish, Vancouverites will be paying increased municipal taxes for decades to pay off that boondoggle, olympic security, Colin Hansen lied about the cost of the security for years, Colin Hansen Claimed the cost would be 170 million, now it`s over 1 $billion dollars, OK, we are realists in BC, everyone knew that there would be costs over-runs and traffic hassles but.....

There is a huge difference between our BC olympic games and other host cities game`s,those cities weren`t betrayed and stabbed in the back in the back in the lead up to the games, and that difference lays at the feet of the compulsive liar Gordon Campbell.


We had a election in May/2009, roughly 6 months before the games and....."Our BC election was a fraudulent con" Gordon Campbell and Colin Hansen lied their faces off during the election, they lied about our deficit, Campbell claimed the deficit would be 495 $million dollars but the deficit turned into a 4 $billion dollar deficit 800% higher than Gordon(compulsive LIAR) Campbell said it was going to be, and, Campbell the liar campaigned on no HST tax and he lied, Gordon Campbell knew he was going to ram it down our throats right after the election,and, Gordon the liar campaigned saying there would be no cuts to Health or education, he lied again and again and Gordon Campbell cancelled programs for the disabled,for the autistic, for special olympics,for students, Campbell has stuck his hands in the pockets of seniors in care homes, cancelled over ten thousand surgeries, cancelled MRIs, Campbell has cut re-training money for the un-employed, illegally cut gaming monies to charities,to sports and arts groups, on and on and on, Gordon Campbell has gored everybody`s ox except his rich corporate friends.
So, like I was saying, myself I would have been angry with the Gordon Campbell liberals winning the last election no matter what, but I have a sour taste in my mouth, I feel that I have been de-frauded, swindled, I feel dirty, the scale and depth of the fraud in our last BC election is beyond compare, I am in my 40s and my dad is in his 80s(And he is sharp as a tack and crushes me everyday when we watch jeopardy) ...... nor I or my dad have ever seen the scale of deception,lies and outright criminal actions as what Gordon Campbell did during the election, there was no ministry,no cabinet minister,no BC Liberal MLA who didn`t lie during our last BC election!
So excuse me for not embracing the games, I will watch the events on T.V., I hope we don`t lose too much money on these games, I hope everyone enjoys watching the sports but, this isn`t Salt Lake city or Torino or Calgary, no, Gordon Campbell stabbed British Columbians in the back, and I suspect that I`m not alone with a sour taste in their mouth, regardless of whether the games are a success I will not forgive Gordon Campbell or any BCLiberal, and for any sitting government to think that they will get any kind of bounce in the polls over a sporting event when they lied,deceived,conned,de-frauded, taxed,cut, and ultimately killed the weakest among us is foolhardy.
Here this loud and clear Gordon Campbell and all the rest of you BC Liberals, you will all pay a heavy political price for your criminal election fraud you perpetrated on British Columbians!

John Les, ICBC, Kash Heed, nothing to see here

After all, Gordon Campbell needed a solicitor General(Top Cop) because, because John Les had stepped down as solicitor general because he was under investigation(and he still is) for land zoning fraud in Chilliwak, and, John Les`s replacement John Von Dongen was stepping down for his many excessive speeding tickets and other driving infractions(excessive speeding is 30 km or more over the speed limit) . In other words he was endangering the public over and over again, although, Gordon Campbell(the convicted drunk driver) forgave John Von Dongen and allowed John Dongen to hold his cabinet position of Solicitor General, ultimately after public outcry Von Dongen stepped down on his own accord. Anyways, I didn`t want to talk about them, today a ruling came down about ICBC, remember when Paul Taylor was the CEO of ICBC, there was the chop shop scandal, the rigged auction,ICBC management and insiders had rigged the bids and were buying these cars themselves, although, when the shit hit the fan Paul Taylor vanished from ICBC only to magically show up later as a wind power expert with Naikun, yup, now Paul Taylor was CEO of Naikun, Naikun has no money of their own for this 2 $billion dollar project, you betcha, no money but they got hot air experts, no worry`s for Naikun, bring in the Haida to finance the scam, ah but I digress, anyways, the RCMP said today that they and the crown will not be bringing any criminal charges over over the rigged auctions, now that`s funny, 7 people left ICBC over these activities, 3 left on their own, 2 were fired with cause and the other 2, well apparently they left but the details are sketchy, one thing I do know is this, this cover-up at ICBC cost the taxpayer 825.000.00 $dollars in severance pay, imagine that, people fired,people left over what I call insider crimes and we have to pay nearly a million dollars in severance pay, and,

Something really stinks in this province,there is no real justice anymore, the RCMP seem to be only able to shoot innocent people, another funny announcement today, the guy who was shot in North Vancouver on Sunday, last I heard on Sunday night he was in stable condition in recovery from surgery,he spoke to his lawyer and his family and then nothing, I heard tonight he mysteriously died,no details,from stable condition to dead,Hmmm, actually that deserves a double Hmmm Hmmm.

But friends, none of that stuff is what I want to talk about, lets talk about the alleged bomber Ludwig, like I said yesterday, "If it doesn`t make sense it isn`t true".

I was doing a little digging today, something is terribly wrong, the police, the solicitor general, lets review shall we, these bombings started about 18 months ago and, the first letter the bomber sent to Ecana was in early October 2008, the second letter was sent mid July of 2009, now why is that important, prepare to have your minds blown.

Like I said, Ludwig was the very first suspect Ecana and the RCMP had, they were watching Ludwig, they suspected Ludwig, now lets go to the statement from the RCMP yesterday, The spokesman for the police said that they had DNA on the outside of the letters that were sent, well, these must of been "Touch" cells,(I have been watching CSI) ...Why is that important, apparently when you touch stuff you leave DNA, well, obviously the police would have gathered DNA off of those letters, here`s the deal, Ludwig met with police and had a 90 minute interview in Dawson Creek in a motel room,they talked and Ludwig was offering advice to the police, guess what, this meeting took place in October 2009 ....Three months ago, are you trying to tell me that Ludwig met with the RCMP in a motel in Dawson Creek in October,the police already had DNA from the letters, that the police didn`t get a hair sample, a swab from his car,wear he sits in his vehicle, you mean Ludwig didn`t touch anything in the motel, they didn`t offer him water,coffee,juice,pop? Forget the wind, lets talk Solar Thermal

I talked about Solar Thermal sometime ago, in my opinion, from what I have read Solar Thermal is the wave of the future, California will be going this route,the reason, rumour has it "It never rains in southern California"


(Esolar,A California company) Has inked a deal with China to build Solar Thermal plants, a 5 $billion dollar deal .....2000 megawatts, that`s right, 2000 megawatts for 5 $billion dollars, if you compare that with the proposed Naikun wind farm, Naikun is a 2 $billion dollar capital intensive project that will produce 496 megawatts of power if, if the wind blows at the perfect speed 24 hours a day 365 days a year, well friends it won`t, the wind farm will produce around 100 megawatts of "soft Power" ....Of course Haida Gwaii wouldn`t be an ideal place for solar thermal power but the interior, the Okanagan, Osoyoos would be perfect.





Now for those of you who aren`t familiar with Solar Thermal (I`m still learning myself) The advantage of Solar Thermal is that as long as the sun is shining it will produce power and.....The difference between straight solar power and Solar Thermal is Solar thermal can be stored, Solar thermal uses mirrors and solar energy to heat water and turn it into steam, the steam turns turbines and produces lots of energy, little to none maintainance,easy installation and, here is the biggy, the energy can be stored, steam can be stored so even when the sun isn`t shining at night it can still produce energy, no batteries, no exploding windmills, no massive vats of oil for cooling like there is in offshore windmills, and the company claims it`s power can compete with conventional fossil fuel generated in power.

Solar Thermal isn`t miles and miles of solar panels, the area required is quite small, the steam get used and when it`s cooled the water gets used over and over again, so no need for a big water supply, again it`s perfect for the interior of BC and ideal for California, and here is a real important point, Gordon Campbell`s rape of rivers, his mis-guided(criminal) energy plan buggers up rivers,messes with natural hydrology and is fatal to fish, and, and once you kill off the fish the bears,eagles and whole eco-system isn`t that far behind! I was watching :Meet the press: on NBC yesterday and there was an interesting interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger, what I picked up from the lengthy interview is this, California is broke, Arnie wants billions from the feds, Arnie doesn`t want to raise taxes, he won`t get the billions and he will HAVE to raise taxes, but the most important part of the interview was....Arnie was asked if he will be running for Governor next year, his answer spoke volumes, he won`t be running, California is a mess and he is tired of the headache, and, he never mentioned green energy once, it appears Arnie has grown tired of terrorizing Californians over power use.....And, Gordon Campbell`s buddy Arnie won`t be around to help out Gordon Campbell.

Again, Gordon Campbell couldn`t run a lemonade stand and all he has managed to do is bugger up our rivers,kill fish and cost BC a whole lot of money, his IPP power is going nowhere, Naikun is going nowhere, hydro rates are trending downward, I sure hope the BCUC can see the big picture, "Run of river power in BC is all but dead"

Well friends, something isn`t right, Ludwig I mean, the RCMP can`t be trusted and what they are saying doesn`t make sense, and, like I was taught a long time ago,if it doesn`t make sense it isn`t true.

Information, spin, obfuscation, well, how about outright lies, I have been researching this topic for sometime now and, the things I am learning are downright terrifying, story after story of the dangers of natural gas drilling, fracturing, chemicals, where to start, well, lets start with flaring, first off, Gordon Campbell and the phony Marc Jaccard attacked the NDP over their stance on gas flaring, oh yea, Marc (Jackass) Jaccard came out with a phony paper just before our last BC provincial election, he claimed that we would lose jobs and there was no point stopping gas flaring,he claimed a public carbon tax would be better, well Marc Jaccard, YOU WERE WRONG...BC is the only province in Canada that has had a massive increase in Greenhouses gasses, why, because of gas flaring!....Marc Jaccard,drop dead! your a political loser, your credentials are tarnished,you`re not fit to teach students anything, well, maybe you can teach them "The art of lying".

Flaring releases toulene,benzene, into the air, and SOUR GAS, rotten egg smelling sour gas, would any of you want standby busses at your children`s school, what am I talking about, well these gas wells are everywhere, within 100 meters of homes,business and even schools, the busses are on standby to bus children to safety if a sour gas smell should occur. And, people in Dawson Creek have been living in a police state, interviews,multiple interrogations, searches, heck, say anything in the bar or in public against Ecana gas and next thing you know, knock,knock,knock on your door,intimidation, threats, you see folks, Canwest Global, they only talk about one side of the story, they don`t report that more than half of the town`s people don`t agree with flaring,drilling, there are fears of leaks, contaminated well water,contaminating the aquifer, polluting ground water, there have been hundreds of law suits from all over north America suing Ecana gas for poisoning well water,ground water, gas seeping into basements and blowing up,especially this new fracturing of shale,the new rave for getting natural gas out of Shale rock, here`s what they do, they pump chemicals into the ground, Ammonia bisulfite, ethylene glycol (anti-freeze) , isopropanol, fomazdean/methyl-4-isolthiazolin, and dozens of other chemical and fracture the shale rock and, these chemicals are showing up in wells,rivers,streams,ground water, Ecana gas has been sued over and over again but big media never reports it.......

And these chemicals are linked to cancer,respiratory problems, reproductive problems, brain and nervous system, kidney problems, immune system,,stomach cancer,endocrine development and many other health concerns, and, Ludwig`s daughter has had MULTIPLE MISCARRIAGES, and Ludwig blames the toxic chemicals, and so many other problems are associated with fracturing shale, such as methane escaping and migrating into well water (read about that here) http://www.wayneindependent.com/news/x198308812/Methane-contamination-linked-to-drill-site

Like I said,Ecana gas doesn`t care, they have been sued for shorting locals on gas royalties,under reporting the true numbers,in 2004 Ecana gas was sued by the Colorado oil n gas conservation committee (COGCC) ...They fined Ecana Gas 371,200 dollars for contaminating water in West Divide Creek, the water supply contained methane,benzene,toulene,and mpxylenes, look folks, from state to state and town to town and wherever they drill for natural gas there are problems, minor and major, even in Pennsylvania, methane gas bubbling up into creeks and wells after drilling started http://www.propublica.org/feature/more-gas-contamination-affects-pennsylvania-residents-804

Yet Ecana gas and other drillers have done a fantastic job of not connecting the dots, from town to village to city no one seems to know what is going on, sound familiar, Canwest Global, they won`t connect dots, Leonard Asper isn`t interested in reporting news he`s interested in controlling the news and controlling who gets elected,thank goodness they`re broke, media should never be that concentrated, no where in north America was there a concentration of one person controlling so much media as here in BC. Anyways, lets get back to the phony public relations game being played by the RCMP,the Province and Canwest Global, let me first state that I don`t know if Ludwig is guilty of bombing pipelines or extortion letters but one thing I know for sure that the facts the RCMP have been saying on TV and radio about the investigation and evidence is as phony as an American two dollar bill!

Lets break this down shall we, these latest bombings started 18 months ago, the very first person Ecana gas and the RCMP thought might be guilty is Ludwig, the police have letters from someone, the police and the Ecana gas goon squad has been terrorizing these northeast BC towns, so the other night they arrest Ludwig claiming they have evidence, that was false information, the next morning he was released, what the hell, if they had evidence he wouldn`t have been released, the RCMP spokesperson made a pathetic statement that the crown didn`t think their evidence would result in a conviction, meanwhile the police obtained a search warrant to search Ludwig`s homes and farm, something doesn`t add up here.......

You see folks 18 months ago the police were watching Ludwig, following him,spying on him and his family, and,about 6 months ago it was reported in the press that the police had asked Ludwig for assistance in catching and or stopping the bomber, they met,they talked, now remember that ludwig had served time years earlier for messing around with Ecana gas,surely they had DNA on Ludwig, surely when Ludwig had met and talked with the police 6 months earlier the police got DNA, surely since he was initially a suspect in this police state /company town surely his vehicles had been searched for DNA,or a delivery person to his farm gathered up DNA, apparently the letters from the bomber had DNA on them, if that was the case the police would have gotten Ludwig`s DNA by hook or by crook 18 months ago.....Why is this important, because last night when Ludwig was arrested the police said they had evidence against him, yet, yet why did 30 police/secret service/Ecana gas company men wearing camouflaged clothes search his home? If they had evidence why was Ludwig released the following morning?

The statement after the police arrested Ludwig was he was being charged with extortion,the following morning Ludwig was released with no charges? Why, the police spokesperson said the "crown" didn`t think they could get a conviction? Funny stuff, so they released him yet meanwhile 30 people are searching his home and out buildings etc etc, now the latest from tonight`s evening news, the police spokesman said they have obtained DNA from Ludwig and it will "probably" connect him to the letters "and" they have found "other evidence" on the farm that has been seized and this new evidence will be given to crown for consideration of charges,snip.....Meanwhile Ludwig is still free, not in custody,something doesn`t make sense, and,if it doesn`t make sense it isn`t true!

Remember friends, 18 months ago Ludwig was the prime suspect, do any of you believe when the first letter Ecana gas received early this year which (allegedly) had DNA on it ,that the police, secret Canadian spy agency, Ecana`s paid goon squad didn`t or couldn`t get a strand of hair from a long haired 67 year old man? Ludwig met with police months and months ago, you mean no one went to the farm and got a DNA sample, a phony delivery driver needing to use the bathroom in Ludwig`s home, or someone breaking into Ludwig`s truck or vehicles and getting a DNA sample or even getting a DNA sample from Ludwig`s children which would have proved there was at least a family connection but.....

But,the most disturbing thing about this sham news release is the police statements, would the police being telling the public their checking DNA, would the police be telling the public that the crown will review the new evidence and decide about charges meanwhile Ludwig is at home and the way the press conference came across is that he is guilty but he will be allowed to stay at home is absurd! The police would never give that much information out unless he was locked up and charged.....

Folks, I may be wrong, but I will bet dollars to doughnuts that they have nothing on Ludwig, nothing,it was a fishing expedition that failed,the story got leaked and the police and the local mayor jumped the gun and claimed "they got the bomber" meanwhile nothing could be further from the truth and now.......

And now the police is back peddling,refusing to acknowledge they were wrong,or acknowledging that they have no evidence and now they are saying....The crown this and the crown that but we think he is our guy, meanwhile Canwest Global (an Ecana friendly) doesn`t want to bail on the story just yet, the police will play this up for a couple of days,the police will say Ludwig will remain free until the DNA evidence comes back and the story will quietly go away and sometime down the road there will be a little blurb about Ludwig`s DNA not matching and no charges are forthcoming!

Friends, there is something wrong with this story and the police have botched up so many cases, the airport tasering of Dzeinsky, Monty Robinson walking for killing someone while drunk driving,the homeless guy who was shot in downtown Vancouver, the Ian Bush killing,the other people shot,police resigning to avoid investigations, drunk cops beating up newspaper delivery guy, drunken driving cops every other week, the failure to stop gang violence,the raging drug trade, botching the Jamie Bacon case(he will walk) listening in on calls between Bacon and his lawyer and getting caught doing it, meanwhile Kash Heed resigns before complaints against him are heard in west Vancouver,John Les case sits idle, BC Rail the police have shut up, on and on the police have shot and killed innocent people in lock-up,in fields, and big cases flounder, the RCMP were looking for a game changer and all they have managed to do is start a lie fest, Ludwig, in my opinion will walk, this case stinks, "What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive"

Meanwhile, one man`s terrorist is another man`s freedom fighter, would Ecana gas be able to get away with endangering people and water supplies in a big town like say Langley, would you allow natural gas wells in Point Grey....In West Vancouver?....Would schools and teachers and the general public in Metro Vancouver put up with busses on standby to save children from a sour gas leak? I don`t think so.

Good morning friends, time to clear up a few myths and de-bunk the BC Liberal propaganda.

I am in my 40s, my dad taught me well and I was a good listener, the 70s.....the 80s.....the 90s........Lets start with the 70s, a fantastic time,money went far, a 20 dollar bill and you could literally fill a buggy with groceries for a 20, fuel,boat fuel was 25 to 30 cents a gallon, up on the sunshine coast, in Garden bay, salmon were everywhere, the boats were everywhere, little boats, 20 footers,25 footers, 28 footers, there was 5 live bait wells in Garden bay alone, and 4 marine gas stations, for those who don`t know what the live bait wells are.....They are floating ponds, a netted pond with a dock and these bait wells were full of LIVE herring, boaters would pull up to the dock and buy live herring and put them in their boat live-wells, whether they be large green plastic garbage cans, hanging canvas sacks, or large coolers with salt water pumps.

And friends, the salmon were everywhere, the coast was alive, there would be thousands of boats anchored at fishing spots, you use a long flexible rod with light line and hook-up a live herring with small hooks, one hook through the top of the nose and one small hook behind the adipose fin......And the salmon, coho salmon everywhere, chinook salmon everywhere....Cod,rockfish, large herring balls, schools of hake, small sharks/dogfish.......The fish were aplenty and this scene was being played out from one end of the BC coast to the other.Today there are no bait-wells,one gas dock, no small boaters,no cod,no salmon,no hake,no small sharks, over fishing at river mouths by the commercial fleet, mining, and particularly logging and habitat destruction wiped out almost every small run, because back then every ditch,stream,creek, river, you name it if it had water flowing there was salmon.

Here`s the deal, in the 70s Joe average, gas jockey...Baker....Plumber...Labourer....school teacher....bus driver....Everyone could afford to eat,to live, go fishing,buy a home, a man,a family didn`t need both parents working, most adults had large families(compared to today) I have 4 sisters and we are all less than 1 year apart in age, different times, simpler times, governments had money, people had money, governments had no debt/NONE/ZIP.....people had modest homes, the bus system worked even better than today, the bus fare was 10cents and there was no zones.

The 80s changed, actually the road to ruin for governments started under Pierre Elliot Trudeau, he started Canada down debtors road, money vanished,money went overseas, government waste was everywhere and government bureaucracy grew and grew under Trudeau, the 80s brought recessions and high interest rates, interest rates of 10% 12% 15%......Even your basic saving account got 10% interest, can you imagine, if you had a million dollars you could make a hundred thousand dollars a year by doing nothing, anyways, we survived the high interest,people bought homes,banks were super tight lenders, but all in all things wern`t that bad because hydro was cheap,cable was cheap,fuel was cheap and taxes were relatively low, but slowly things changed, taxation changed.

Bit by bit governments started adding fees,adding debt, governments over spent and stole, corporations got greedier and greedier, wages for the elite grew and grew, taxes rose and rose and about that time families size started to shrink and shrink and today in 2010 in BC families have never been smaller,people aren`t having kids, and if they do the family size is small, both parents have to work and even with both parents or with two adults working almost everyone is drowning in debt, at no time in the history of Canada or the USA have average people and families carried so much debt, back in the 70s and early 80s a person or family could live,rent a home or apartment,drive,eat, buy new shoes on minimum wage pay, and it`s not like everything was cheap back then....in the 70s and early 80s a 26 inch TV cost a 1000.00$ or more, your TV of course you would keep for a decade or more, a decent car was 5000.00$ dollars or so, but, the necessities of life, food, and energy were very inexpensive!

Now we jump into the 90s, by now governments are broke and class warfare is growing, the distance between the haves and the have nots started growing by leaps and bounds, federal government were out of control with spending and wasting money on themselves,government growth and spending was on a steep upward curve and quality of life (IMO) was evaporating, and out here in BC I remember things very well, the 90s in BC we had a NDP government and no friends they were far from perfect, and yes many unions got carried away, especially the CAW...Although we had no auto workers in BC...Double time pay,triple time pay, nurses union, yes friends there was abuse of the system, but the biggest crimes were in federal governments, debts were growing and growing and the federal liberals cut transfers to provinces,....

Chretian and the Liberal doled money to Quebec and Ontario and Atlantic Canada because ....Because of the total mis-management of DFO the east coast cod fishery vanished and the sad part about that is.....DFO had reports showing and stating that the fishery was going to collapse and there were ways to prevent it but because of politics and corporate sell-outs that advice and mitigation efforts were all but ignored.....And what killed off the east coast fishery wasn`t so much how much they caught but it was HOW they caught fish......Commercial fishers from Canada and other countries who were fishing there were doing what they call Bottom Dragging.......

And what bottom dragging is....A large metal or wooden beam is dragged sideways along the bottom with a big scoop net in behind, the beam would scare the fish off the bottom and the forward motion of this contraption the fish would end up in the scoop, all fish,all species,baby fish, corals, but....This beam destroyed the nursery, destroyed cones, reefs, these beams turned the bottom into a sterile mud pit and DFO knew it was happening and sat on their hands over politics and bottom dragging is still happening today, right here in BC and DFO is as political now as then and recently with the missing Sockeye salmon that were killed by salmon farm sea lice Sheila Gail(Federal fisheries ministers) was quoted as saying....Maybe the Sockeye got lost, went to another river, maybe they will come next year! Snip.......A total useless political appointment,she hasn`t a clue, god, she is one stunned _ _ _ _ _ ....

Anyways, back to brainwashing, the BC NDP which wasn`t perfect had to deal with federal governments run amok and federal transfers were stopped, but even with that, in the 90s the BC NDP created more jobs than did Gordon Campbell did in 8 years, there was more net immigration to BC in the 90s than what came under Campbell, more houses were built,incomes were higher and OVERALL tax load on BCers was lower in the 90s, GDP was higher in the 90s under a NDP government than the average GDP under Campbell.

Yet the above entities,cknw, Global,and especially Canwest media and big business started the brainwashing, you all have heard it, BC Liberal are trained to say nothing but...."Fast ferries"...."Job Losses in the 90s"..."The dark decade"..."the doom and gloom of the 90s"....."the tax and spend NDP".......And on and on it goes,the brainwashing was/is very effective on the uninformed and uneducated, I hear young people talk, "the dark days of the 90s" They believe the bullshit even though they aren`t old enough to remember,even people who were here and lived through the 90s, these sheep have been brainwashed to believe stuff about the 90s that wasn`t true and.....

I would like to give you an example of brainwashing that is happening everyday on cknw.......Two days ago on the Christy Clark show, the topic was about the Translink tax to the parking spaces that went from a 7% tax to 21% taxation .......Christy Clark had open phones and people called in who were furious about the increase, the tax will cost people who use these spots about 600.00$ per year...and on july 1st/2010 the parking fees,the 21% tax,the whole kaboodle is going to get taxed by 12% under the HST, that`s right, the HST tax will be put on the 21% Translink tax,tax on tax....Anyways, caller after caller was furious, And lately on cknw I have noticed a trend on the Bill Good show,the Christy Clark show and others, no matter what the topic,subject, no matter what, once or twice per day they slag the NDP and continue the brainwashing......So anyways, caller after caller furious about this parking increase, and the very last caller before the news break said......" Christy this tax increase is crazy, we are getting taxed left right and center, everything is going up,tax this,tax that,the HST, pretty soon with all these taxes no one will have any money to buy anything or do anything and we will all be broke and have to go cap in hand to the government for help"..........To which Christy Clark responded....."You mean like when the NDP was in government" Snip....And then she went to a commercial break then the news,then a new topic, I sent her a nasty Email.....Everyday Bill Good and Christy Clark play the brainwash game.

So if I get upset because of people saying ....The fast ferry scandal....Job losses.......Doom and gloom....Fudge budgets...The dark decade....Because all of these thing were lies, no government is perfect, I want to quickly touch on the Fast ferries....Glen Clark should have built one fast ferry not three, But, Glen Clark should have built Spirit class ferries, they were/are the best ferries we have, but unfortunately governments always want to change things,build a better mouse trap, the spirit class ferries are the best ferries in the world, but there was no scandal, and at least the fast ferries were built in BC, the money went to BC workers and BC manufacturers, and lots of the money flowed back to government in taxes,pay role and other......And,Gordon Campbell and the media/Canwest played it to the hilt and Gordon Campbell deliberatley didn`t use the fast ferries for political reasons, he went out of his way to give them away for nothing in fact he even gave the Washington marine group waterfront property worth tens of millions of dollars on the north shore so they could park the ferries there like a political billboard!

And still on ferries, What Gordon Campbell did was try to break the union and destroy BC ship building which he did,all in the name of politics, Campbell should have had ferries built in BC...Spirit class ferries,they work,hold tonnes and get great gas mileage but no....Gordon Campbell sold BC Ferries and German entities own BC Ferries, the three German built ferries are gas guzzlers, they rattle, they hold less people and far less cars than the Spirit class ferries that were built decades before,our spirit class ferries get more use than the new German junk ferries, what a crime, Gordon Campbell sold out BC ship builders, and as you know, he has now sold out almost everyone,everyone but his rich corporate American friends. I would go back to the 90s in a heartbeat.....If I could, I would go back to the days when Gordon Campbell`s dad was a young man and tell him to wear a condom or get sterilized!

The race to the bottom

Well here we go again, another mill closing, the Catalyst mill in Quesnel is caput, another new year surprise, 180 mortgage paying jobs gone,another deathblow to the heartlands(since Gordon Campbell took over it has been known as the hurtlands).

When are we going to wake up to what`s happening, the HST is coming or should I say, the HST is being rammed down our throats, Gordon Campbell(compulsive liar) and Colin Hansen(Gordon Campbell`s stooge) claim that the HST is the single greatest thing they can do to help our economy! Well, I see it a little different, the HST is a 2 $billion dollar transfer of wealth(yearly) from the public to the corporate world.....And even with that gift the corporations don`t give a rats ass about anyone but the shareholders, these hogs aren`t thinking long-term, they`re thinking about year over year and all of them,including the bought off government are guilty of National treason!

Bill( Gordon Campbell`s number 1 booster) Good had on as a guest on monday Jan/4/2010 at 9.00 am, the guest was no other than one of Canada`s richest man Jimmy Pattison, Bill Good asked him a few questions, specifically about the HST and....

Jimmy Pattison`s response was quite revealing, Pattison said...."It`s a good tax" and "eventually it will reap rewards" and the most telling thing he said was this....." Corporations need all the help they can get because they can`t compete with cheap Asian Labour" Snip.

So there you have it in a nutshell folks, besides the mill in Quesnel closing,besides the Eurocan mill closing in Kitimat, there is another closed mill in Chetwynd that "might re-open this spring, wages were rolled back 20%"

So here`s the deal folks, the Americans punish Canada with duty on softwoods, yet Canada won`t slap on duty or tarrifs against China for utilizing SLAVE LABOUR....Corporations bit by bit are stealing the Canadian dream and future and are lowering our standards because of legalized slave labour, how can any industry in Canada or the USA compete with workers that make 2.00$ per day? How indeed, we can`t compete, there is only one answer,duty,tarrifs, to level the playing field....I don`t give a rats ass about the corporation,if they want to move to China go ahead, or India or Sri Lanka have at her, if corporations want to work in Canada than they must remember...WE ARE NOT CHINA....WE ARE NOT SLAVES....WE CAN`T LIVE ON 2.00$ per day.

Yet the lies from Pat Bell keep coming, Canfor blaming the pine beetle for this latest mill closure....Bullshit!...Here is what Pat Bell said about the pine beetle and BC Forestry on September/29/2009.....Pat Bell told Vancouver Sun reporter Gordon Hamilton ......"That if we maintain the status quo, mills will be forced to close as the pine beetle-killed wood runs out over the next 5 to 10 years.But that`s not going to happen"........and Bell went onto say....It turns out that some beetle killed trees maintain their value much longer than originally thought.......and he said....If mills do run short of trees to turn into lumber in the future,it will be bad management to blame, not an act of god,forest companies and the provincial government have known for years that the beetle-kill wood bonanza was only temporary.(read the story here) http://www.kelowna.com/2009/09/29/when-the-beetle-killed-trees-are-gone-the-real-problemsbegin/

Isn`t that interesting,yet in the last 8 years tree planting has been so low that experienced tree planters left the province to look for work and, Gordon Campbell has so completely failed on forestry he should be arrested and jailed, not only did he give away forests so the big three forest companies can ship out raw logs without scrutiny but he let forest companies off the hook and tree planting is and was at historic lows, that`s right folks, Gordon Campbell stopped planting trees, he failed in his duty to protect our crown lands,he failed in making forest companies re-seed the forest!......

In fact in November of this year a tree nursery in Summerland closed, how can that be? What is it going to take, the HST won`t help any north American Company compete with China and it`s slaves, duty,tarrifs are the answers and most importantly it`s OUR RESOURCES.....BCers resources, the race to the bottom, forestry is doomed in BC under Gordon Campbell,he sold us out to his friends,he sold us out to a communist country and hundreds of millions of slaves, and when the HST drives the economy down,when corporations fail they will want more,they will want wage concessions and eventually foreign slaves will be brought here to harvest our resources.....I can`t believe how governments have sold us out, they don`t want to address the real problem, the real problem is north America can`t compete with 1 to 2 dollar a day slaves, and no tax code, no tweaking,no increase in productivity will change that....And that asshole Gordon Campbell knows that and he doesn`t care.

Our Canadian way of life vanishing because of Asians, toxic milk,toxic drywall,toxic pet food, stolen technology, cheap Chinese junk, and Gordon Campbell and Pat Bell are shouting out the virtues of the Asian market.

Gordon Campbell couldn`t run a lemonade stand, he only knows how to outsouce the lemonade stand to foreigners.

Yes friends, the internal revolt is on, I noticed over the week-end on CTV`s national (my channel 34) that runs 24/7 that on the "scroll" the popular news items on the lower news ticker, the ticker said...Gordon Campbell invigorated by the olympic games and states he will run for a fourth term rather than number 1 after the games.....

That`s what the ticker said, something is up, well I sent out some feelers, called my sources and indeed something is brewing, something besides another pitcher full of Gordon Campbell martini s.

And then I heard Rich(The tick) Coleman is launching a new web-site called Coleman`s world, I haven`t found it yet but I will, maybe it`s not finished yet, anyways, according to my sources Falcon wants Campbell gone by the end of the spring session and he is not alone,and apparently Campbell isn`t too keen on going, I was listening to CKNW on Monday Jan3/2010, ....Carole Taylor during the news was asked about running for the BC Liberal leadership, she is not interested(at all) she has a comfy position,she doesn`t need the stress or the money, and lets face facts, Campbell has ran the province into the ground, so I was thinking, why are they bugging Carole Taylor and Dianne Watts, that`s right, Dianne Watts, she is being bugged about running for leadership of the BC Liberals, and, she definitely isn`t interested in the job, according to my sources the names Carole Taylor and Dianne Watts are being bandied about by Gordon Campbell!....Why....Well, I can surmise, number 1.....Gordon Campbell knows that Falcon,De Jong, Abbot,Coleman are almost as disliked as much as BCers dislike Campbell, and that is true (read how every BC Liberal MLA and cabinet member are hated here) http://www.ipsos-na.com/news/pressrelease.cfm?id=4646

So Gordon Campbell is desperate to have Carole Taylor or Dianne Watts to take over, and since they are saying get lost gordoh....Campbell has put his back-up and said he`s staying....Why, why is Gordon Campbell afraid of an NDP or other government taking over, simple, He has so-cooked the books and added so much debt,so many bad contracts for BCers,bad deals for the public and the fish, deals that will bankrupt BC Hydro and the province,Gordon Campbell is afraid of fresh eyes putting all the dirty Campbell deals on display for the entire province and nation to see. So it is important that Campbell keeps the four musketeers in their place, all of them are so connected to Campbell that they will lose, for Gordon Campbell the most important thing is to keep the books buried, and that can only happen with a BC Liberal win, and that win will have to be orchestrated from someone,anyone but a BC Liberal in cabinet.

And there are more developments, the Wild Rose Alliance party has taken off in popularity, over the week-end two of Stelmach`s MLAs crossed the floor and joined this powerful upstart party, Stelmach is finished,and more importantly according to my sources that a giant under swell of defections are coming, MLAs are going to be defecting from McGuinty in Ontario....Shawn Graham will see defections and yes,there will be defections in BC, the 2 defections in Alberta have been treated well, the public, that`s what is important, the public in Alberta and in those riding`s are thrilled to death about Conservative MLAs leaving Stelmach for this upstart Wild Rose Alliance party, and, since they didn`t get lambasted in the press,since they have been applauded the other MLAs....The other MLAs in Ontario....New Brunswick and especially here in BC are buoyed by the prospect of defecting and being accepted. If the NDP were smart(if they were smart) they would get rid of Carole James today, John Horgan....THE NEXT LEADER.....With John Horgan leading the NDP would gain 8% to 10% overnight and the party could build on the momentum,under Carole James the NDP have maxed out, what are you waiting for Carole James?

What are you waiting for Carole James? Are you staying on because Gordon Campbell is staying on?....Let me be frank Carole James, Gordon Campbell won`t be running, and when the BC Liberals change leader,at that time do the NDP change leaders? The united Kingdom is about to make a major move towards into wind energy,with the British government planning the most ambitious goal for wind power in the world so far-a third of UK energy to come from wind by 2020.

The Times of London says that this week, Prime Minister Gordon Brown will launch a 100-billion pound initiative and calls it the most ambitious wind energy plan in the world.



The Prime Minister will award development contracts to build a new generation of offshore wind farms,with each site planned to be bigger than any currently operating.



The plan includes the construction of nine offshore wind farms on parcels put up for auction by the crown Estate,owner of the UK`s territorial seabed.

The British Wind Energy Association (BWEA) estimates the plan will create up to 60,000 jobs.



Industry experts do not expect construction to start until at least 2015.



Some question whether the UK should make such a large bet on an intermittent energy source such as offshore wind.



BWEA says worldwide there is less than 1 GW of installed offshore wind power-this would produce less than half the power from a similar-sized gas or coal-fired power station.

Look Peter, this link is nothing, the story is nothing,it`s politics, if he was serious(Gordon Brown) construction would start tomorrow, obviously Gordon Brown is still feeling giddy from Copenhagen, but, in this link experts are saying wind power is intermittent power, and the BWEA is saying that this huge investment will only make the power of 1 coal-fired electricity plant.

In fact the MacKenzie pipeline was just approved, a 16 billion dollar pipeline from the Beaufort sea to the tar sands, 16 billion dollars to supply gas for extracting dirty oil from tar sands...China is opening a coal-fired electrical generating plant every 2 weeks.



Look Peter, I`m not against Green power, we can build site C.....Give first nation a slice of the action and BC has enough power for three decades or more, no need to bugger up hundreds of rivers and kill off fish habitat, the Haida, have no money, the Haida were a last resort financier of this project, Naikun doesn`t have any outside investment, certainly not 2 billion dollars.



For 2 billion dollars....800 million dollars from the Haida....The Haida will owe on that debt for over100 years, interest rates are low right now but they are going up, the Haida wouldn`t control the board of directors, they wouldn`t have control, there would be hardly any employment once it is built, if the project failed the Haida would be hooped...



And...Naikun from top to bottom is loaded with BC Liberal government staffers, these people have nothing to lose, a giant flock of directors,assistants, and everyone of them collecting big fat pay cheques off of this project, I also have been looking at weather Canada a couple of times per day....especially at 6.00 pm(dinner time) Looking at weather Canada(Hecate Strait) for the latest wind conditions.....I`m compiling facts and.....



So far, the wind is usually dead calm in the evenings, actually the wind in the Hecate Strait has been calm most of the day in the last week....So...How much money or electricity does Naikun or the Haida make when the wind isn`t blowing? Not much!



Yet,no matter how little money or Power Naikun makes all these government staffers have to get paid.



Look Peter, Chief Roy Jones Junior and I have talked, he`s against it, so are most of the Haida,they haven`t voted in favour of this project.By the way,I just checked the wind in the Hecate Strait....(latest marine report 3:00 PM Hecate Strait wind 5knots)

Peter,you being an expert and all, I thought you could disprove the 20% rule with windmills.....What is the 20% rule.....Windmills produce on average....Less than 20% of their rated capacity, which means the Haida can take the power estimates that Naikun is making and divide by 5 and the 20% number that remains, if the project is feasible at 20% than go for it....In this case, Chief Roy Jones Junior has come to the logical conclusion that it is not feasible.

Who wants to buy a windmill?

The windmill scam, apparently " acknowledged windpower expert" Peter Christoph is calling me out......His comment(contribution) goes onto to say that I`m all wrong, he quotes the "European Union" as being,all for windpower.....Well well well Peter Christoph, my friend Norman Farrell asked you to leave a link, you did not......Sure Peter, i`m not the European union, I`m Grant G,links a plenty.....Let me give you a few more facts, and perhaps Peter, can get your "Acknowledged expert" friends at the EU to send me some data.

Creating power from wind that just happens to be blowing might seem like a inexpensive source of energy, but you couldn`t be more wrong, as we have seen in Denmark, it`s super high cost needs taxpayer subsidies to develop and survive.

Subsidies in Denmark created a lot of windpower but when the taxpayer hand outs ended,so did the industry. In BC wind power will have to be subsidized.

Creating a welfare dependent industry in the province may benefit the backers of these projects but, the cost to taxpayers is huge, and the outlook for a unsubsidized industry is dire! The Danish government decided to become a leader in wind power production after the first oil crisis in 1973.....It guaranteed long term financing for large wind power projects that used Danish made turbines and forced their local utility companies to buy energy from private wind power producers at a high fixed price,higher than the price of privately generated fossil fuel power.

By 2000, Denmark had more than 6000 windmills working, and 55 % of all windmills in the world had been built in Denmark,after the European union electricity market deregulation in 1999, the guarantees and direct price supports were replaced by a system of tradeable green certificates. By 2004 the industry had come to a virtual standstill, only 5 windmills were installed in 2004 in Denmark,the lowest amount in the last 20 years.

When the windmill subsidies ended,the industry in Denmark went from 8 manufacturers to 3.......Meanwhile,compared with other countries in Europe the Danish people remain as "Above average emitters of carbon dioxide".....When it is not windy, Denmark`s energy is generated almost entirely by COAL-BURNING-PLANTS.....And, Carbon dioxide emissions from coal burning grew by 45% between 2004 and 2006....

The same windmill boondoggle will happen here in BC......The windpower industry gets a 10$ megawatt hour subsidy but BC power users can expect to pay wayyy more.

Denmark`s electricity utilities were also forced to buy high cost power, giving Denmark the highest electricity costs in Europe, at almost 30 cents a kilowatt hour in 2005....In BC we are presently paying about 7 cents a kilowatt hour.....That is what we can look forward too with wind power, some very large companies back wind power, so why do they need subsidies, the biggest U.S. wind turbine builder, Zond energy systems, was owned by Enron and later sold to General Electric, BP and Royal Dutch Shell, major players in the oil game,why do giant rich companies need subsidies? Subsidies to wind power projects in BC are nothing but wealth transfers from the vanishing middle class to wealthy shareholders, the rich getting richer in a welfare-dependent industry.

I was going to tip-toe into 2010 but on second thought, no bloody way, no being nice and stupid because of holidays, no wishing my enemies good luck, no sirree bob, this is the Straight Goods, and, my first two targets of the year is no other than Carole James and Moe Sihota.

I just don`t get it, how stupid can Carole Jame`s advisors can be, I have read 2 different stories on Carole James,one on the CBC and one at the Globe and Mail and I have a few things to say.....Are you a focking idiot Carole? Where is your brain Moe Sihota?

Both of these articles Carole explains how she was too negative during the last election, and how she didn`t put her positive future message forward,Carole goes on to say, "after the budget I want to hold town hall meetings" and "I want to discuss with BCers on how to improve the economy,the environment" and she added further " We can`t dwell on the past, people want a bright future"...........

Moe Sihota are you stunned? Carole James are you mentally challenged?
