Gordon Campbell plays Wag the Dog?

Well folks, we got gordon Campbell on the run, he is finished, the BC Liberal government is on the verge of falling, Gordon Campbell is ..."Unfit to govern"

Ross k over at the Gazetter has been on fire, I am impressed, of course Robin Mathews and citizen court reporter 54 are a huge help with getting us the Straight Goods, and BC Mary, what can we say...Nothing but bravo, and no, I didn`t forget about Bill Teileman....I am proud of all of you.....

So here earlier today I was going through the Canwest fish wrap papers looking for interesting stories.....

And lo n behold there was a story from the BC Rail trial......Brian Kenning is still on the stand.....

The defense attorney asked Kenning about the tax indemnity, the tax indemnity that was part of the BC Rail sale deal, the deal the habitual liar Gordon Campbell inked.......

And as it stands CN rail, the company that was given BC Rail.........

Has a $600 million dollar tax claim against BC, and by the time the indemnity is worked out that total rises to $900 million dollars, here`s the deal, Gordon Campbell inked a deal that states, if the Canada Revenue Agengy does not allow CN to write off the tax indemnity the BC Government will take full responsibilty and reimburse CN the tax indemnity! and at 9% interest per year.....

And after reading the story I almost threw up, because as it stands we are going to lose our railway for ZERO dollars!....Only a fool or a criminal would put that onus and debt onto our Province......
And as I was steaming and venting I got to thinking.......

When was this tax indemnity thingy exposed to us bloggers and the media?

My recollection tells me it was about the time of the start of the "mock BC Rail trial"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Follow along here folks, if Gordon Campbell was on CKNW tomorrow(he`s not)......But if he was on CKNW tomorrow....
And if he was asked about the $900 million dollar tax indemnity that B.C. is on the hook for how would he answer?

"I can`t respond on anything related to BC Rail because it`s before the courts".......That is how Gordon Campbell would respond!

But.....Suppose there was no B.C. Rail trial going on, would he then not have to answer the question?

Of course he would, but with the mock trial going on and probably lasting years he won`t have to answer that question until he is long gone!........

Robin Mathews is right, the trial is a farce......The trial has come about as a means to protect our corrupt premier, so what the hell, if Campbell is going into the B.C. hall of shame over BC Rail he might well blast us with the HST while he`s at it!......

Here is the link to the shocking tax indemnity story here

I of course could be wrong, but my gut instinct tells me that the tax indemnity story was ready to surface and the only way to keep Gordon Campbell from having to answer questions about the PATHETIC MORONIC BC Rail sale was to have a long long long trial while Campbell makes good his escape!

More and more, the cry goes out for a criminal investigation of Gordon Campbell and the BC Liberals. More and more, his tenure as Premier has caused deceit, corruption and malfeasance throughout his administration.

We didn't elect a government and premier, rather organized crime and a mob boss to run the province.

We, the taxpayers, lose BCRail and pay CN for buying same. Who wins in this deal? Gordon and company as they have taken all the real estate into their dirty little hands. Quick slight of hand keep the public focused on the non-trial and make off with public assets.

Could the corrupt thief be audited, personally, or can it hide all our loot it stole? Even his huge self-appointed salary would not cover his accumulation of wealth since 2001. Audit everyone of those public SERVANTS, including the opposition.

From their boss....

What happened to the other piece of rail that goes through Delta that is currently not being used? I understand that piece of Rail is worth as much as the piece of rail that supplies point roberts?

Mr. Bass, refuses to have Premier Campbell investigated further, for his corrupt sale of the BC Rail. Campbell and his vendetta's, have scared the hell out of everybody. Doesn't matter if, Campbell lied, deceived, steals, breaks promises, is corrupt. Isn't it amazing, what people are willing to sell their souls for? The RCMP, could lose their contract with the province. Newspapers will get no government ads, so, no bad press about Campbell. Same thing with, the corrupt sale of the BC Rail case. Tried in a corrupt court, presided over by a corrupt judge, listening to brain dead witnesses. I guess the judge, knows she will also get a vendetta from Campbell, if she would judge the trial honestly. We people have seen Campbell's vendetta's more than once. The stench in this province, is disgusting. However, it seems, some are willing to wallow in the muck. The decent honest ones, got vendetta's, but, they didn't sell their souls. Those souls, will be invited back. The ones, willing to sell their souls, can go to hell, where they belong.
