Michael Levy wants to know what services BCers want cut if the HST is cancelled?

Today on the Bill Good show .....Michael Levy asked radio listeners to call in and tell him and Bill Good what services would you cut if the HST was cancelled, Good and Levy said, "should we cut from the health budget, should we cut from the education budget"

That`s a very interesting question, these guys are so desperate, no one is buying Bill Good`s bullshit, the callers were rigged, ......So Bill Good and levy want some suggestions, gee off hand I can`t think of what we should cut, Levy and Bill Good suggested that without the HST the Government would have to cut $1.6 billion from health and education, in other words those clowns are saying that the whole amount would come directly off of services.

That is rather amusing to me and I`ll tell you why, Campbell announced a $ 2.8 billion dollar deficit after the election, did Campbell make $2.8 billion dollars in cuts? Nope....Was it not put on the deficit? Yes it was......I am sure everyone knows this but.....Deficits and the end of the year are put on our B.C. debt, right now the B.C. debt is over $50 billion dollars, so I pose this question to you Michael Levy, what services should we cut to eliminate the $50 plus billion dollar debt? Well you sick bastard Levy, what is your answer?

I wonder what services were cut because we had to pay Ottawa $125 million dollars in GST on the German built ferries, imagine if Better ferries were made here, we wouldn`t have had to pay any GST, so add $125 million to the cost of the German built ferries. You can read it here

I wonder what services Gordon Campbell will cut when CN Rail collects on the tax write-offs Campbell wrote into the sales agreement with CN Rail, the amount is growing by millions every year, at the current time CN Rail can collect over $500 million dollars from B.C. in Provincial tax write-offs...You can read the story here

I wonder what services were cut because the Gordon Campbell broke the law and was sued by the HEU and had to pay an $85 million dollar settlement?

I wonder what services are being cut because the Golden Ears bridge lost over $5 million dollars in it`s first year and will lose over $24 million this year and next, read it here And here

What services will be cut because the Vancouver convention center under Ken Dobell`s leadership went $500 million dollars over budget, read it here

I wonder what services were cut because Gordon Campbell gave the highly profitable oil n gas industry a $327 million dollar subsidy in 2009 and a $358 million dollar subsidy this year? You can read it here

There are many more examples of giveaways to the very very wealthy, in fact before Carole Taylor left to go work for the TD bank(for over $250 thousand a year)....While she was still finance minister.....Under orders from Gordon Campbell she removed the tax that banks pay, the cost to the B.C. treasury is a mere $60 million dollars per year, I wonder what services were cut to gift the banks, the banks are making in the $billions every year, read it here

And there is so much more, despite the jiggered ridership numbers the Canada line is losing tens of millions every year and will for the next 2 decades and the project itself ran $1 billion dollars over budget, I wonder what services are being cut to service those bills? You can read about here

There are so many more examples, and of course there is the $600 million dollar cost to build a roof on B.C. Place, what services should we cut so we can build that roof Bill Good? Any suggestions Michael Levy.......If you would like to hear Michael Levy and Bill Good staging calls, playing radio games, acting like uneducated inbred Liberals you can hear the audio vault here

Cue up 9:00am ...Fast forward to 9:30 am....The segment runs from 9:30 am to 10:30 am..June 17th.....

Oh indeed friends, Bill Good and his multiple chins are so desperate, like Crusty Clark, these stooges are in full blown panic mode, running around like chickens with their head cut off, here`s the deal folks, either Bill Good and Michael Levy are mentally retarded or both of them have loaded up on Plutonic stock, I wonder if any of the faithful can find out what Bill Good and Michael Levy have been buying, I would bet my last dollar that Bill Good has a stock portfolio loaded with Plutonic stock, loaded with Naikun stock, I hope you retards lose your shirt, but either way, Gordon Campbell and his minions are dead, there is no reviving them, period!

Nearly all the money in this province goes to wages.
25% cut in all civil servants and elected officials wages, benefits, bonuses and pensions will save us 7 Billion dollars, no need for HST and services cuts.

Best Wages on Earth, Worst Services on Earth.

Grant, it is even a myth that the federal government is paying $1.6 billion to implement HST in BC. Of course, the most basic argument is that the so-called grant is merely transferring money from one taxpayer pocket to another.

The two governments share numerous responsibilities and each year the federal government transfers billions to the provinces because they hold the major taxing powers. They negotiate various aspects including how to label the transfer payments.

Suppose you allow a kid a $2 a week for candy, $8 a week for movies and $10 for school supplies. The total comes to $20.

Instead, you give the kid $5 for candy, $7 for movies and $8 for school supplies. The total still comes to $20 regardless of how you label it.

Micheal Levy, who got his start selling used stamps at Woodwards, is no economist. What I see, is that he makes his money off scared people buying gold as a hedge against financial chaos.

Like the Premier's brother, they are intellectually challenged people, except when it comes to selling snake oil..........and snake oil it is.

In any event, The $1.6 billion is a one time event, what about next year? So Mr. Levy, just what services are going to be cut next year? Raise the tax on the wealthy you say? Just buy more gold, M. Levy has lots to sell you suckers!

Boycott CKNW and their advertisers.

I may have listened to CKNW for a total of 10 minutes in my life. I'm now 59 and I don't see that I have missed out in my life. The REAL problem is that many seniors ( who vote ) listen to this fame chasers and sadly they believe they are speaking the truth.

Campbell is politically dead....The B.C. Liberals will never be revived.

When Campbell is gone....Michael Campbell will be terminated from Global.

When Campbell is gone Bill Good will be asked to leave both CKNW and CTV...

In fact the CTV evening news...Sheesh.

Bill Good is looking very very old,

Pamela Martin, well....She might have one more face lift in her!

When the BC Liberals and Campbell are gone there will be a cleansing.

And as for listening, nw is the only talk radio game in town, one by one I will expose them for what they are.

By the way....

4 days in a row...Not one word on the B.C. Rail trial on either Global or CTV...

Email them, call them, tell them, demand that BC Rail trial gets reported.

Keep up the pressure friends, maybe it`s time the HST canvassers and the general public hung around on masse in front of MLA`s homes, time to turn up the heat.

Take a picture of Bill Good's head and place it on a lilly pad, and he looks just like a toad!

Less Leyne used the same arguement two days ago in his column. Funny, I went to comment and it would not recognise my login. Pissed me off too, because I had a list ready. Yours is better anyway, Grant. Bank Tax, Corporate tax, Stupid roof and stupid casino, eliminate the PAB, eliminate paid advertising, since they get such good value out of their Canwest Cronies, roll back mla wage hikes, fire David Hahn (there's $800,000 a year alone!), moratorium on releasing all crown lands to private interests. Restore BC Hydro's public ownership. Restrict travel and spending on wining and dining multinationals. Stop selling the rights to our resources....

Why get lathered up because a couple of jerk offs on a 3rd rate radio station make outlandish claims or remarks,I wouldn't give those bozos the time of day, let alone to listen to their drivel.

The whole problem is people like Michael Levy, Bill Good and Christy Clark believe in the fictional report Jack Mintz created for Gordo and Hansen, and the theory that competition will force businesses to reduce their prices through competition.

What they fail to realize is that Mintz's report is the type that cannot be proven no matter what he or anyone says. Even Helmut Pastorik stated a couple of weeks ago that job creation depends on many factors, not just one type of tax.

As for businesses passing on savings to consumers, it may happen in some isolated circumstances, but the majority will pocket the dough.

Maybe the real question Levy and Good should be asking is why does the provincial government need the $1.6 billion bribe from the feds to keep the wheels of BC turning. Did Campbell not say on numerous occaisions that he was the best money manager and the economy was on all cylinders ever since he came to power? Wouldn't one then assume that the provincial coffers would be bursting at the seams from all the tax revenue this economy on steroids was producing? Shouldn't the self-professed unbiased commentators, Good and Levy, be asking where did all the money go? I have a pretty good idea, but it is not for me to answer. That falls to Mr. Campbell and his minions.

Wasn't the switch from PST/GST to HST supposed to be revenue neutral?
There wouldn't be a loss in revenue with the cancelation of the HST.

Grant G said...

11:41.....Actually the HST will bring in less money to the Province than the PST would have....

Bill Good and loser Levy are talking about the $1.6 billion dollar one time bribe from Ottawa.

Grant...Great list I was hoping you would do that. I would like to condense the lists to one liners and when the canvassing is over hand them out when there is more time to talk, should have done it when some old grey haired guys in suits (could be PAB, they screamed so loud (I think they were trying to get me kicked out) how much they hate the NDP and how they detest what I'm doing and that I don't have a clue, I do not talk politics but when I ask them why, they are speechless, so much hate. People are so brainwashed it's easy to understand how it happened in Germany now. I had one lady screaming, after she had signed, and as she got in her car...I'd rather stick a fork in my eye than vote NDP. Ten years ago I would say that she would not have been old enough to vote, maybe 15. If enough people are out there doing the corrupt MSM's job it should send Campbell and his corrupt MSM into a full-blown rage, heart attack I hope.
I still can't see Campbell leaving as long as Carole James and Moe stay around to lose again. With the NDP, the right-wing BC Conservatives, the Green-Liberals, etc. there is too much vote splitting?? Tell me it isn't so...Where is she, just silence, no hint what she would do with the HST. Makes me wonder which camp she's in, nobody could be that stupid.
I would like to see you write a book, including what was said to canvassers, etc. My friend Sandra Martins-Toner, Families Against Crime and Trauma, F.A.C.T. wrote a book about her 16 year old son's brutal murder at the Surrey Skytrain station and she did good with it. Seriously.
Thanks for all the hard work.

I've got to mention this. As an ex-reporter, I always enjoy reading your information. Read this story yesterday and was amazed this morning when I turned on CFAX for the usual 5 minute check on what's up. Joe Easingwood, an individual who should have retired years ago, introduced his guests and THEN SAID, today's question is, ARE YOU READY ? " What services would you cut if we canceled the HST ". He's either in love with Bill Good or that's how he prepares his program by listening to what Bill had the day before. Go Figure.

CFAX radio....Another BC Liberal stooge radio station...

Everyone knows who Sean Holman is, his website reports many stories, yet Holman stays quiet on BC Rail..John Les..

Ther are storieswhich Sean Holman refuses to weigh in on, and....

Sean Holman on Sundays...The rabblers...Besides some guests..

The regular panel, and Sean Holman have their nose stuffed so far up Gordon Campbell`s ass...

Every CKNW appearance by Holman, same stuff happens, outside of his web site, when Holman is on CFAX/CBC/CKNW..His true colours come shining through...

A B.C. Liberal stooge!

Holman cares about money more than telling the real story...

He can`t criticize Campbell without saying...."What would the NDP do"

Sean Holman is a panting puppy dog with his babblers!

Guy....The latest PAB spin is....What would you like cut if we have no HST...

The other spin failed..It`s not the tax, it`s the way they brought it in...

And the other spin failed...Every economist in the universe loves the HST...

Jack Mintz was totally discredired...

Remember Guy...

The media is bought and paid for, they have no ethics, the HST...

CKNW/CFAX/GLOBAL/CTV/CANWEST....They are all looking forward to receiving YOUR tax dollars on Campbell`s upcoming $50 million dollar HST ad campaign...

Remember who the enemy is!

Campbell may stay as long as possible to get more of the work done that his handlers require, such as privatizing BC rivers, water and education. Gordon Campbells entire provincial career has been an assault on Government.
This paradise of natural abundance has been "Enroned", by a smiling sack of shit in $3000 suits
