Desertion, Storm Clouds, Gordon Campbell`s Death March

Good morning friends, more breaking news, well actually you got the news here first at the Straight Goods, not about Blair Leckstron but my sources told me over a month ago that resignations were coming, he won`t be the last, Blair is the first of many resignations coming to the B.C. Liberal party, Blair Leckstrom is gone, the energy minister has resigned not only from cabinet but from caucus, this the day after Campbell was crowing and speeching at the Vancouver Convention center, in fact Gordon Campbell last night said and I quote.....

"I have the greatest cabinet and caucus" SNIP

" This is very good news,
one by one everyone is deserting Gordon Campbell, business is leaving, small business, yesterday Dianne Watts slammed the B.C. Liberals for the toll structure and especially the fee if you don`t pay within 48 hours on the Port Mann bridge, in fact Dianne Watts is advocating for a

"a free lane over the bridge if people are willing to line up and wait to cross"

So here`s the deal, Carole Taylor told the B.C. Liberals to drop dead, she won`t be running for any Liberal party, and despite the incoherent ramblings by A G Tsukmyass ....Dianne Watts has officially told the B.C. Liberals....

Thanks but no thanks, Gordon Campbell lit the party on fire, you can all watch the party burn and die!

Dianne Watts has a sure gig in Surrey, she`s out!

Blair Leckstrom, time to call the man and ask about the power buying agreements!

This is the first of many lethal blows to Gordon Campbell, Campbell will resign in July, along with Kash Heed and John Les, those two will have charges laid against them, well folks, one down 6 to go and we have a new Government!

I am off to Home hardware, I need a new hammer, in fact I may need a nail gun, I have a political coffin to nail shut for all time.

More to come on this story, time to tap a couple of insiders and get "The Straight Goods"

The Straight Goods

It is such good news. The start of the rats leaving the ship. All good. Even Lord Alex T is whining about the downturn of the Lieberals, as well as his former friend x mayor McWheels. Funny how it goes around. Between the trial, the lies of government, gordo the impalers mental health issues, its spinning down. Might not need recall in the fall. won't be anyone to recall. Good on you gordo the impaler, you have earned everything, as well as jailtime.

Keep up the great work, awesome website sir!

Henri Paul.....That is nothing but spin...

Reductions in income tax by the BC Liberals have been more then offset with user fees, higher hydro rates, higher gas taxes, downloaded costs from cities passed on to property taxes, eco-fees...higher ferry fares, skyrocketing transit fares...

Higher MSP payments...

I will look for a will McMartin story on the true level of taxation for BCERS...

Thanks Henri Paul.....Yea those pricks in Victoria have been targeting me...

Perhaps the BC Liberals were attempting to divert google searches from the REAL Straight Goods...

Speaking of little pricks... I have e-mailed Ian Black over 25 times, and all I get back is an automatic response. I went to his office, in my riding, and as expected he wasn't there! This prick is a no-show everywhere. What does he do, other then stroke gordo the impaler. Maybe he is the one in the fishnets stockings pouring out cheer on them Wednesday afternoon drinkfests in Victoria? A coverboy for gordo, doing his biddings. Must be hard to swallow everything this drunk womenizer puts out Ian. What a waste of skin. RECALL IN THE FALL!!!

I wouldn't be too hasty lauding Leckstrom's departure from cabinet and the BC Liberal caucus to quickly. Today on Christy Clark's show he stated that he is still a member of the BC Liberal Party. To me that rings the alarm. How can one be both independent and a member of the ruling party?

This whole scenario could just be a ruse cooked up by the hierarchy of the BC Liberals to deflect attention from all the negativity being thrown their way.

Gordon Campbell has never been very good at hiding his disdain for people who question his views on anything. He has been equally petulant when things don't go his way, such as when Elections BC ruled that the government could not run a campaign against the NOHST initiative. Well, on today's newscasts, he showed no emotion at all. Remember this is not some lowly backbencher that has poked his thumb in the government's eye, but a fairly high-ranking cabinet minister. Yet Gordo reacts as if all is well, and it's just another day at the office.

Maybe I am just becoming too cynical about politicians, but a leopard doesn't change its spots overnight, and I smell something very fishy about this turn of events. I believe there is more to this story and the old adage of "believe none of what your hear and half of what you see" may never have greater meaning.

Crankypants-

Perhaps the Blair Project CAN'T unjoin the the BC liaR Party for fear of first waking up with a horses head in his bed, and then waking up DEAD. As we all know many criminal organizations don't allow members to quit. Paul Nettleton had to go hide out WAAAY north of 60 when he unjoined Gord's Mob.

Grant, you better put on the BIG SHOES when you go to Home Hardware for the "coffin nailing" gear cuz your feets is Longfellows today!

That was too funny watching the white haired prevaricator-in-chief bragging about his great cabinet (the ones not under investigation or all of them?) and caucus and that was last night before the news of the Blair Project!
