This little story from Scott Simpson gives a little run down of the effect of HST on utilities......A good story but a little tepid....The reason I say that is Teresan gas and BC hydro use a ridiculous scale to determine average gas or hydro bills....
My little house has an average hydro bill of 350$ every 2 months,and it`s a small one level 3 bedroom home,every bill I am getting zung by 2 tier hydro rates,and imagine the gas and heating bills up north or how about those LARGE homes?
