These corrupt BC Liberals, this corrupt BC Liberal Government, let`s be absolutely clear on this, we know, the Liberals know from both public polls and their own internal polling that if an election was called today they`re gone, out the door, BC`s combination to the vault and access to our purse strings taken away from this Liberal Government....That is a fact..
And if the polls are in the same range by early April/2013 the same scenario exists, these corrupt BC Liberals know they are gone, no longer Government, and most disturbing to the corrupt bunch....
The NDP with have access to ALL the Provincial numbers, access to run of river contracts, access to BC Hydro`s inner numbers, access to all the dirty little details...including our real debt, the real deficit numbers, including BC Rail/ministry of justice/attorney general`s office/solicitor general`s office...
In other words, access, access, still accessing, still accessing....
With nothing to lose, with guaranteed defeat waiting for nothing but the passage of time, ..With that scenario facing these BC Liberals...
What would they have to lose by canceling the May 14th/2013 election?
The public would be pissed off if that happened---They/we are already pissed off....
The BC Liberals would drop in the polls---No they wouldn`t, they are already at rock bottom, those still supporting Christy Clark and company will never budge or move their vote..
It can`t be legal, changing the election date I mean...Well, actually the election could be moved, moved an entire year into the future..5 year terms are very common, it merely requires a vote in the legislature..
What excuse could be used to justify canceling our election..Well, create a financial disaster..Scare the people with gloom and doom..
What about an acting premier suddenly going into labour and giving birth?
There are many reasons one could use to cancel or postpone our election, yes it would be unpopular but if you have nothing to lose because you have already lost..
The most common way corrupt Governments justify doing shocking things is by creating a disaster, creating a situation so horrible that the Government is too busy protecting the frightened public to hold an election..
Perhaps somebody could explain why Christy Clark in her year end interview with CTV, in a 3 minute period Christy twice stated the next election in British Columbia is ...
May 2014.....May 2014.....And the interviewer never once corrected her..

I too read, Christy has the option to call a 2013 Fall election.

Election, smellection, predilection, it's all the same. You may slow down the course of corruption for a short while but until you have a vote on all the important issues and the education to make those decisions government is nothing but a shell game. They will give you the choice and fool you every time. It's not 'democracy', it's 'Mockracy' Wakey wakey.
