Reading the Room.......Green Democratic Shoots Reappear(Thankfully) in Our Southern Neighbors' Lands(USA)

Trump and his rabid maga cult, political pundits, mainstream media along with Christian Nationalist leaders from coast to coast clearly mistook all the noise THEY were making as a wave, a movement, a reawakening, a ...........Hogwash, what they heard was sounds and noise bouncing back and forth in the echo chamber they reside in...

Christian self proclaimed prophets, Pastors and grifters overplayed their strong hands, they were  drinking their own bathwater.  Can you imagine, these God-praising persons literally threatened that when they take power(GOPChristianWhiteParty) they WILL impose upon and force feed their chosen religion down everyone's throat, like it or not...

Seems like telling people and threatening people as to how it's going to be rather than asking and trying to persuade the masses was a mistake...Appears to this observer that the Church was following the playbook of one Donald J Trump, take no prisoners and piss on everyone, lie with impunity and distort absolutely everything...Who would have thought that be a winning strategy.

The 2022 midterm elections revealed much..

Trump support is waning and will never recover.

America is multicultural Nation that is growing more and more diverse each and every passing year.

The youth vote surged and they voted for fairness, truth and self determination, and I thank them for that, and who can blame them, imagine a future where ancient near-dead mega church preachers, grifters and lifelong conmen are going to decide their fate.

The youth voted for a future, and that means protecting the environment, protecting freedom and most importantly, protecting Democracy...

Closed borders, isolation, one only force fed religion, patriotic education, ....Yes, they voted against that garbage and on mass, voted for a progressive path forward..

In thinking about the 2020 White ChristoFascist uprising in America we've all witnessed(if you have been watching)...I'm grateful it happened in the 2020s and not in 1950s...I salute the politicians of yesteryear for keeping the church out of the federal government back then..For in 1950...1960..America was way less diverse, there was more than enough of a white majority at that time to pull it off.

Also, there was no instant communications at everyone's fingertips like today..

Thank the powers that be that National Political Parties in the 50s and 60s didn't let Donald Trump and Kenneth Copeland type distorters anywhere near the levers of power..

And as for those green-shoots sprouting....indeed.

Trump is over, done, caput...Most of his high profile fascist endorsements lost....

Election deniers vying for key positions lost...With inflation raging, stubbornly high energy prices still here, covid still complicating matters...with all that dogging Biden....Biden literally gained strength after the midterms(which almost always favor the party out of power)..

Anyway....November 11/2022....Trump is done, and on his long slow way out of the ChristoFascist Party he's going to burn down as much of the GOP as he can...

And perhaps, just perhaps...We can thank Donald J Trump for exposing the darkness in men..

The one good thing Trump has done has set in motion a reawakening of the GOP into a party that recognizes that it will have no future in power unless it fundamentally changes into a real conservative party where the future, actual policy, the environment, sustainability and basic human decency is the road forward.

Either the GOP turns itself around or it will wallow in mediocrity outside the reigns of power for a long time...

Calling the majority of Americans...Socialists, Commies, heathens and haters of America appears to be a failed gambit...Who knew..?

They need to learn to read the room...
