In the residential field of...security deposit?????

In the residential field of renting a space a security deposit is a requirement. However, where once upon a time the landlord would have to return the deposit to the renter, one who had lived many, many years at the same address and had decided to move on to a new location, the landlord would keep the interest earned for himself. The interest was created by the tenant's money, not the landlord's.

Question: Is BC Hydro regulated in the same fashion, and how is it recorded on their books, ...as Future Obligations????North Van's Grumpshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17571810726275726952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2435367521078186829.post-51342156661916650182016-06-05T06:56:32.580-07:002016-06-05T06:56:32.580-07:00Welcome back. My sense is that they know well what their aspirations are and are forging ahead on the plan to completely bankrupt the province so it can be sold of piecemeal and at fractional cost to the same friends who aided in the process. It is the legions of trumpen voters who keep this lot in office who delude themselves into thinking that they will be the beneficiaries of the Clark vision. And while you're at it, a copy to Chrispy Clark with a note that next time she tries to balance the budget she should start with firing the likes of Flip Wilson, terminating those awful LNG commercials. If she must persist in her 'trade delegations' to the Orient perhaps she instead offer tours on the BC jet 'Lollipop' - she certainly has been there often enough to qualify as a tour leader. You make a good point - What has she got to trade, other than a couple of realtors?
Great to have you back!John's Aghastnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2435367521078186829.post-56581032373536481752016-06-04T07:59:08.072-07:002016-06-04T07:59:08.072-07:00BC LNG:
